good for my hair type which is 2A curls. it means my hair is fine, thin and is not able to lock in enough moisture. it is a very light shampoo. if you have a lot of dirt and oil in your hair, its not as effective. needs to be used min 2 times in such cases.however, if you are taking a normal bath, it seems to get it done with just one wash use. the smell is also not too strong to be over powering. has a very mild scent after washing

I bought this shampoo mainly because I wanted my hair to smell like green apples, but honestly, it doesn’t leave any scent at all after washing. That’s one thing, but what's really bothering me is how it makes my hair feel sticky, coarse, and frizzy after washing. Waste of money and totally not recommended.
