I've been having random elbow pain lately, but this has absolutely helped when it hurts and I need to be active. It's a nice snug fit and doesn't look extremely out of place while wearing it as well.

Comfortable, but offers only moderate support. Product is overpriced for what you get but it seems to be made well. Would not buy again but would not return it either. Middle of road product.
