The Rockingham Forge Equilibrium Series is a collection of premium knives and knife block sets, all designed to provide an optimal balance in your hand, with ultra-sharp blades which allow for precise, effortless chopping and slicing. The 12.5cm Utility Knife is an all-encompassing, extremely versatile blade which will complete most everyday kitchen tasks with ease. It is especially well suited to slicing cheeses and meats or cutting up fruit and vegetables.

Made from German chromium-molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel, the Utility Knife’s hand-finished blade features a tapered grind for a sharper overall cut, while extra balance is provided by a through-tang construction combined with a curved handle and forged bolster. The blade also features indentations along each side to prevent food from sticking to it while cutting. The slightly curved handles in the Equilibrium Series are designed to encourage a rocking motion while cutting, a method popular among professional chefs.

The Rockingham Forge Equilibrium Series is NOT dishwasher safe. We recommend handwashing and instantly drying the blades to maintain their optimal quality. The blades are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s which covers any faults arising from production or materials. Total blade and handle length: 23cm.
