I had a lot of brain fog, issues with focusing, etc.. this product seemed to help give me that clarity I was lacking. I use it in the morning in coffee, or whatever drink im having. Its a great product, the only thing that bothers me is that sometimes it clumps up and you get chunks instead of it fully mixing in. Im still working on that, but it definitely seems to help!(

I've tried many mushroom products over the years and this one knocks it out of the park. Real mushrooms is obviously elite for using the real mushroom and no fillers or starches. I put my daily serving in my morning coffee - it mixes well, I don't taste anything, and I feel good about all the good stuff I'm giving my body. Win - win!

I put the recommended amount in my taco meat because I could taste it in other things and I thought this would be enough to mask the taste, but I was wrong. I put it in a little bit of yogurt and eat it in one bite and it’s fine.

These just arrived yesterday and I am already in love. It is not common for people to feel anything the first time taking (most) supplements/extracts, but I definitely felt the effects when I had these yesterday evening. I am very in tune with my body and can tell when I have the slightest bit of seed oils, sugar, or dairy (excluding raw milk) and anything else that I normally do not consume. The taste was a little strong when I had it in turmeric & ginger tea last night. However, the 5 Blend went well in my coffee and I actually like the taste. I do drink my coffee black, so if you like to jazz up your coffee then I would probably add a little more jazz if putting these in it. I usually drink 3 cups of coffee in the morning, but today I feel completely wired with just two and I will try only having one tomorrow as I feel a little too wired for my liking. If you are looking for specific benefits with using mushrooms then I would do your homework and see which ones work the best to achieve your goals. Also, do your research on the company with any supplements (I did and there are very few that are the real deal, Real Mushrooms is a rarity). Many mushroom extracts (as mentioned in other reviews) can literally be just grain and/or saw dust depending on the manufactures process. Plus, you will want to make sure that if they are coming out of China that they are grown in the mountains, as Real Mushrooms are. Otherwise, soil in the lower elevations of China are depleted and many times the produce will have higher levels of toxic elements. Overall, even though it is only day two, I feel better. I can't wait to see the benefits as they will only increase with continued use. I will try and update this review in 30 days with the benefits that I am seeing.

I was sick for a month last winter, I caught every cold and flu back to back. I started taking this daily along with maybe a lion's mane or a reishi powder, in a hot drink with collagen powder, chicory root and cocao powder. It's delicious, I haven't been sick all year so far and I can only imagine this powder really works! Love it, have it on subscription now.

I really wanted to like this mushroom powder because it is hard to find them with a high percentage of mushrooms and no additives. But it's really clumpy and the flavor is extremely strong. So far, Sacred 7 is the best tasting/mixing. But it has far fewer extracts in it.

I love being able to support a Canadian company that has integrity - I will say I was somewhat surprised by the size of the bag & the amount in the bag but as soon as you start to use you can see immediately how concentrated this product is - for example, I mix 1/8 of a tsp ( which is considered a pinch ) I measure it - into my cat's depleted wet food ( I use wet as a carrier to get supplements into her ) to support her microbiome which I have been building up over the last year and 1/2 with a food-grade probiotic so I have established a good base for a plentiful biome but want to feed her established biome so it can flourish so I came across the 5 defenders for both her and my self to use as a prebiotic to support her immune system and mine - I mixed this pinch into her food and it just expanded and expanded I was surprised how that pinch just took over and created such volume to the morsle of wet food I was using as the a carrier - of course I want her to lick up every last spec of this precious ingredient - I have been using 1/2 tsp measured into my morning coffee and it does not alter the taste that I can distinguish - Although the bag is small it will go along way - My second observation is I love mushrooms and buy them weekly and only organic but I am very fussy when it comes to mushroom - I like to have them raw with dip and defiantly like cooking with them but over the last 2 yrs the price has skyrocketed and to me the quality has gone down - I like my mushrooms pristine because I like to eat them raw if they show any signs of going down hill I can not eat them and then the next thing I know they have to be composted - I know I spend min 8 bucks a week on mushrooms and sometimes more and with all the shrooms I have wasted over the winter I just stopped buying because of the quality that has been out in the store so with that said this product will replace the fresh ones that I will only buy in season if I have a hankering for so really I am not spending much more than I normally would and the best part is no waste and I am positive I am getting way more benefits for my $ and less mess - I am sold and Thanks for such a great product - I will update in a few months on any efficacies I detect

Ive been taking reishi mushroom pills for a while now and swear by its benefits of taking it so I wanted my daughter to reap its benefits as well. I decided to purchase this because not only does it have reishi but 4 other wonderful mushrooms as well. I put this in my daughters smoothie and the taste is undetectable..it does have an earthly chocolatey smell..which I love. Ever since taking this, my daughters health has been top notch...when my family members around us was getting sick, she has remained happy and healthy for a long time. When she does get sick, shes pretty much better in a couple of days. This product has been so wonderful that Im thinking of switching over to this brand instead of another brand im currently taking. Ive also recommended this to all my family and friends.

After trying quite a few different brands of mushroom powders, this is the only brand, I’ll be buying from now on.

It's been a week since I started taking this mushroom. I mix half a teaspoon with my coffee or smoothie. It acquire taste though it's not bitter. When it's mix with coffee or smoothie, you wouldn't taste it at all. I noticed I have more energy and focus. I purchased another bag and will continue to take it.
