I’ve purchased 2 of these because mine was stolen by my daughter. My white hairs get so frizzy and this straightener smooths them out. I just turn it on then make a few runs through my hair and that’s it. It’s definitely a staple in this house

I still have to use a flat iron on day 1. Day 2 and 3 are when I use this product. The only thing negative I have to say is the tips of your hair are a little fluffier than with a flat iron. The length of your hair will be smooth straight and silky but for pinching down on the ends for less volume on the tips a flat iron does a little better. I use this for day 2 or 3. Wake up with crimps or fuzzy hair? No problem THIS IS YOUR TOOL. A quick swipe through your hair and this gives you the look you had from the day before. PROS 1. Both Tourmaline & Ionic the dream team in smoothing devices. 2. Less damage to hair than using flat iron every day. 3. Affordable value price for quality product. CONS only that I had hoped to replace my flat iron completely but will still need it for the initial straightening process after a blow dryer. MY HAIR TYPE. Very thick hair and very course hair. Not just a lot of hair but each strand is much thicker than the average strand of hair. Lots of natural body. Enough to not be curly but awful when not curled or straightened. I can not leave the house with my hair in its natural state

This is a great straightener to quickly smooth your wavy hair. My teenage daughter just could not get the hang of using the regular flat iron on her own head. So we got this and she has great results. She has very wavy hair and it smoothes it well, Although not quite like flat iron results. She’s happy with the and I am as well. It’s worth it for smoothing out waves and frizzies.

Pictures attached for reference. First time, following the instructions I went progressively increasing temperature until I found 390F works for my hair. Fantastic. Easy to use, I just comb my hair for a few minutes, and voila! No more flat iron for me. I like the more natural results I got from using this brush. I have natural hair, with a lot of grey hair, soft and healthy but wavy curly with a bit of frizz. I washed my hair, added a drop of Heat Protection Serum, wait for the hair to get totally dry, pre-brush with my regular brush and then using the Smooth Operator. No burns, no hair snagged, no issue found. Love the results.

This thing will straighten and smooth out your hair in about 10 minutes. Better than a straightening though because while it does straighten, it doesn't flatten. I suggest brushing out all the knots and curls to avoid bristles getting caught on knots, and if I'm using it on dry hair, I do spritz it with water and use a thermal spray. But it leaves your hair shiny and smooth! I had the lower budget one of these for about 4 years and after all that time the bristles started falling out too much and I had to replace it. I'm happy with my new brush. It's well worth the few extra dollars.

I am so happy that I purchased this hair tool. I have always used a straightener, and when I saw this I knew I had to try it. Plus it comes in fun bright colors. It has multiple heat settings and it leaves my hair feeling very soft and shiney after use. This is now my number one hair tool! Would highly recommend!!

Only used two times and the heat control buttons stopped working.Now the brush is so hot won’t use it on my hair.
