Are these corduroy chinos ribbed?

Because corduroy is a heavier material. The regular dockers are made of a lighter weight cotton, like a uniform pants.

are these models slim fit or not?

The slim fit Dockers i buy are the 36 w 30 length they fit me ok a little room in the waist since i lost weight but witha belt they fit fine I am 5 foot 8 in. 168 pounds the regular fit are very baggy in the legs for me and they have a higher rise in the waist which is good for a taller person than me.

What does it mean "waterless"? I keep thinking label will say "dry clean only."

I think it means they are not high waters (i.e. cropped), they go all the way down to the foot.
