What a great way to finish a workout...timed holds using the CoC Silver Bullet. I look forward to moving up in weight and eventually using heavier grippers with it. There is no doubt in my mind that using this product will benefit my grip strength tremendously. Thank you for a solid and effective product.

Adds an interesting way to work the grip. It's really cool how the slightest movement causes the bullet to drop. When I first started using it I thought, this is easy. I thought I could hold it forever but then ten to fifteen seconds go by and the bullet suddenly drops. So cool! Will add this to my training for sure.

I’ve had COC grippers for years and made my own make shift weighted holders. Finally I broke down and purchased the silver bullet, like the title says I don’t know why I waited so long! Build quality is top notch just as all iron mind products are. Just a different and noticeable feel while using the silver bullet. Highly recommended addition to any gripsters toolbox of equipment.
