I switched to Bob’s after other brands blended so poorly and even after days were still granular. Bobs is powdery and dissolves well if you don’t mind first slowly adding water and blending like you would with a cold roux. It’s competitive with other prices. It’s my go to for making hot cocoa.

Really great stuff. make sure it doesn't fall on the floor where your little calico cat can't smell it and rip open the side like a wild animal and spill it everywhere to lick it up off the floor. And then go back and naw on all the edges so there's a little invisible and visible puncture holes everywhere up and down the sides & on the top of the bag so when you pick up the bag it's snowing dried milk all over your kitchen counters and floors. 1 one or 2 teaspoons with a splash of soy milk makes a really creamy creamer for morning coffee. note-dried milk immediately bricks up when exposed to any minor amount of water it must be dissolved in a little warm liquid or else you will have floating little pebbles of dried milk or you will have a hard time even getting a minor amount spilled& getting it off your counters. Just running your finger across it is enough to have sticky residue all over your hands. But really amazing stuff I could see lots of uses for this it's still true dairy though even though it's also non-fat.. but the taste is excellent the consistency is excellent.. and it really took my coffee to the next level because the non-fat dissolved milk powder whips up really easily almost like a latte if you keep using those little handheld mixers milk frothers

Little expensive, hence the 4 stars, but very good clean product. This is the good stuff for sure.

I'm a tea drinker and having a consistently good cup of tea while traveling is very hard. I finally decided to try a milk powder to avoid so many hassles about milk, refrigeration, work meetings, etc. This milk powder tastes just like the skim milk I use in my tea. It's a little tricky to mix in, but I find that if I stir together the sugar and milk powder before adding hot water, it really makes it stir in much easier. Hope this helps some.

I don't drink cow milk, I drink soy milk, yet when I make a glass of milk using this milk powder, it is one of the best flavors I have tasted for milk. I now use it to make hot chocolate!
