Great Family Fun!
We bought this game after seeing it on a friend's fb post. We played it with family on Thanksgiving day and had a great time!! When I was checking the reviews prior to purchase, there were some negative comments that concerned me. However, after playing the game I realize those people apparently didn't understand the concept of the game. Some of the "mistakes" in the game were made on purpose.

A good quality game - a worthy addition to escape room board games.
My 2nd Prof Puzzle game and I enjoyed this game. I've played all of the Exit, Escape the Room, Unlock!, and several others. I've just recently started working my way through Prof Puzzle series. The graphics are beautiful, the pieces are multi-dimensional, and the story is great. I did think the two “locking” puzzles toward the end could have been done with some sturdier cardboard – I really kept thinking I was going to tear the lock trying to unweave the string. I also thought there should have been some better breadcrumbs on the lobby keys/fax cipher puzzle – although I was able to solve it, it was somewhat frustrating to find the key and then find the correct code… I knew what needed to be done but the process itself was just frustrating and time consuming. On, and the first puzzle was silly - there was no need for the bottom two lines on the note... if basically gives away the answer. Nevertheless, overall, a high quality game.

Great evening of fun!
This is a great escape room game we played while dressed as Clue characters for a party. I wanted something similar to the Clue board game (with rooms) but something interactive and novel - this was perfect! You move from one room to another through a grand hotel with gorgeous cards that open like doors to represent each room with puzzles and clues inside. The solution leads you to the next room. Only one room/ puzzle we got stuck in and the hint didn’t help, but it’s near the end so we could guess the next room to still advance to.The only improvement needed is that the final vignette sort of fizzles and there is no big reveal or muster to solve. But we loved the experience and plan to buy others.

Not a big fan of this one
The wife and I play escape room board games almost every weekend. We had previously played the Professor Puzzle 'Escape the Starline Express' and loved it. We were looking forward to playing this one as well, but we were left sorely disappointed. The first couple of puzzles were absolutely juvenile. Then we got to a few more challenging puzzles that were actually quite clever, but there was a dearth of clues or guidance on how to proceed leaving us very frustrated and grabbing for the hints. Unfortunately, the hints were useless as well. Would not recommend this one.

Good Trainer Escape Room for 1-2 players
The quality of the components is way better than the puzzle quality, which is disappointing since the company is called Professor Puzzle. I do not recommend this game for anyone who has played any other escape room before, as you are basically walked through 90% of the puzzles. It would be suitable for beginners.I also do not recommend playing with more than 2 people, as most of the puzzles will only need to be examined by one person. As proof of this, they actually include duplicate copies of one particular puzzle so more than one person can try to solve it.

One puzzle had a poorly-worded descriptor. Otherwise, excellent and a lot of fun.
Google the game/specific puzzle for more accurate wording. Nuf said. Any more would be a spoiler. Great game. 60-90 minute playtime.

A lot of fun for 2!
My husband and I played this over 2 nights. It was a lot of fun. One puzzle was exorbitantly difficult. Another was difficult because the rules weren't clear. But altogether, we managed to get through without using any hints! There was a great range of puzzles, and the story was great too. I don't think I'd recommend this for a party, but it made for a fun few nights for the 2 of us!
