Face Halo PRO

I used to use micellar water and a few cotton balls but felt they were dragging on my 40yr old skin - I wanted to stop buying (& throwing away) cotton balls & read several reviews before purchasing these. I love the face halos. They remove eye makeup (I don’t know about waterproof- I don’t use it) SO much better than a washcloth and at least as good as micellar water. Simple to wash, small to store between uses. I ordered another package so I can go a week between washes. They’re really handy! Great for travel too.

These are great! You technically CAN use these to remove your makeup/cleanse skin with just water, but I like to use them w/ micellar water - press and hold and let the micellar do it’s work! (Then I’m not rubbing my face/skin so roughly). I like that these pads are black (hello black mascara/eyeliner), soft, washable and reusable (aka environmentally friendly).

This product is exactly what I hoped it would be. I was so sick of using makeup removal wipes, having to purchase them every time I run out and creating waste. I don't wear much makeup (which made purchasing individual wipes even more annoying and wasteful), but this product removes anything I have on gently and completely, even when I wear more makeup than usual. It cleans very easily, and I like having it in the white colour because I can see the makeup come off my face and then clean off the pad. I've been using it for over 2 months, it works as well as it did when it first arrived, and with a pack of 3 I know I'll be covered for a long time. My only note is that when travelling its a bit annoying to have to make sure you allow it to dry completely before you pack it up, and you have to make sure you have somewhere to hang it in your bathroom to allow it to dry properly after each use.

I bought these after hearing about them from a friend. I've been trying to find a good substitute for makeup remover wipes since they're bad for the environment, but didn't know which brand would be good to try. (FYI I use Neutrogena as they don't irritate my skin or eyes when I'm removing eye makeup and don't smell terrible) Enter these bad boys. They're super soft, simple to use, and feel amazing on your skin. All you need is water - nothing else! The ONLY con I can find: they're not great when removing glitter. I just so happen to be testing this against the Bite brand Crystal Créme Shimmer Lip Crayon I had on. It removed the lipstick relatively easily but didn't remove all of the glitter. When I continued to try, it spread it faintly around my lips and face. Trying to remove that has removed some of it, but spread more of it. I now have faint glitter on my face from trying to remove my lipstick. Not TERRIBLE, but not ideal. I know I'll be removing my makeup at night prior to showering, but wanted to let others know in case you're buying these to use between going out and redoing makeup. Overall, a great product and would buy again!

I've been using face halo makeup removal pads for years now and have been loving it! I use this with warm water and it removes my full face of makeup wonderfully (including waterproof liner). I'd say my face feels 95-99% clean after using just the face halo. Some days I will use another cleanser after, but on most days I just use the face halo and haven't had any issues with breakouts/residual makeup clogging pores. I've also used these to remove clay masks and they have worked well. In terms of washing, I think it's best to wash these separately, but I've just chucked it in the wash/dryer with my regular clothes and haven't had any issues. My only tip is that before you throw it in the laundry bin, make sure the face halo has fully dried out. If you let it sit in a bin full of clothes for the week before it's fully dry, they get a mildewy smell even after the wash.... My face halos have lasted about a year before I feel the need to completely replace them.

Very soft on the skin and removes all traces of make up, even Eye make up. I love the fact that they can be washed and reused, and very easy to travel with as well. Definitely two thumbs up. Saves money on disposable removers and better for the environment. 👍👍

It’s a nice pad and it takes off my waterproof mascara and some makeup. However, when I use my toner after it there is always some foundation left. No matter how long I spend cleaning my skin with this pad. I also wish they had a box or something where to put them when wet or the dry ones too. Everything I looked at is too small.

I had seen these advertised on Instagram many times and was always curious, but then I got my mom and sister some for Christmas and they really liked them, so I decided to get myself some and I'm glad I did. They work great. They get off all my make-up quickly and easily. You do have to work a little on eye makeup if you're wearing a lot and if you're wearing vibrant colors, but it's a big deal. I just love that I'm not wasting a bazillion wipes and these are great for travel. I like to take off my makeup with one side and then use the other side to use a little bit of cleanser for a double cleanse situation. I was trying to figure out a way to rinse them clean between actual washing machine washes and found out that getting the jumbo size beauty blender cleaner is the best. They look like new each time. Best purchase ever.

Works really well when combined with a face balm makeup remover (for heavy makeup)

If I could give this product 1000 star, I would because it's so good & I'm so happy with it. It saves time, energy & on top of that, it's soft on the skin. It delieved so early. I will buy one more pack as I found the 3 pieces do not fit to my routin.

Very happy with these face pads for washing my face after I've removed most of my make-UP first. I wear a heavy duty base foundation so need extra help to cleanse it all off using face wipes or cotton pad and micellar water . I've always used a x2 daily face wash method regardless of makeup use and these pads finish off my routine nicely . They are soft on the skin, substantial to handle against your face to use as a cleansing/wash pad . Wash well and dry in no time in between.

Favourite product of the year! Bought it for myself and my friends and they all loved it! It removes ALL of my makeup even waterproof eyeliner! I don’t use mascara because I have eyelash extensions and it’s gentle on my lashes. It protects my skin from other harsh makeup removers in the market. Really love this product!

Absolutely LOVED the purchase. Removes my makeup effortlessly and just chuck them in the wash. I have one every day and then clean once a week. I used to use the oil cleansers (and still do for lip products) which made my eyes water and clogged my skin sometimes even with a double cleanse routine. Realized that there’s no need of draining oil products that end up in our sewers and it doesn’t irritate my eyes either. My skin is sooo much cleaner and healthier! Wish I got them sooner.
