I have been using the scissors set to mince fresh herbs which the set has done fine. It was more structurally substantial than I expected. The slide in blade protector works well as does the small cleaning brush. I found it easy to hold and to cut herbs.

Really love having these! I love to cook with fresh herbs and these make it SO much easier!I don’t find very easy to clean, but if you use a sprayer on them as soon as you’re done using them, it works pretty well. It would be nice if they came with a little brush or something to clean between the blades.

This thing is awesome! Just buy it, you won't be sorry. I can't believe I every lived without this kitchen tool. It does exactly as describe in the product description. You can completely shred a bunch of cilantro in a matter of seconds instead of chop chop chopping! So far it's worked great for every kind of herb....cilantro, parsley, basil, sage, chives......It is well built and I expect it to last a very long time.

I live in a small apartment and only need to shred a few papers at a time. Scissors work perfectly as a paper shredded.AND it does not take up as much room as a conventional paper shredder.
