Country Life Magnesium and Potassium Supplement for Heart Health, Cardiovascular Support, Immune System and Bone Health, Gluten-Free

Our family have used this product for several years now and we can immediately tell the difference, when we stop taking it. It helped my wife with restless leg syndrome and me with relaxing muscles, especially after extreme workouts. My gastroenterologist also recommended it for the IBS constipation. The fact that it also helps to get a better, restful sleep at night is an additional benefit.If you find these pills too large to swallow, my wife recommends drinking some water beforehand to wet the throat for smooth passage and aim them lengthwise, parallel to the walls of the throat (I hope this makes sense).

I have been supplementing with the Magnesium-Potassium Aspartate compound for the past ten years. This has been an excellent product, particularly effective in relieving nighttime or post-exercise leg cramps.I do have one concern, however: the tablets in my latest order are a different shape from the ones I’ve been using. The usual tablet is slim with straight sides and rounded ends (see photos). The tablets in my latest order (Lot No. 20A809A, exp 01/23) are larger and slightly oval in shape. So now I wonder: has the shape been changed? OR is the wrong product in my bottle?!

Purchased these for my senior aged mother who mentioned she was feeling lethargic. Not something quit uncommon at her age, sure, however these help give her a well needed boost. Packaging was great, nothing broken, and no pre broken seals. No odd smell or taste.

The product is getting pricey. May reconsider the benefits vrs. the price.

So far so good as far as that goes. Nice glass bottle they are packed in. I cannot understand why they make them so big! Hard for me to swallow. I guess I could cut in half, but they become jagged and that creeps me out. Anyway, good product, just wish they were smaller.

I like this magnesium and potassium supplement in addition to a healthy diet, I like that it is a hard pill, not powder in a capsule. Country Life is a company I trust for my supplements for many years now.
