Low price, high value
I bough this pedal because of its low price point and overall good customer reviews. I am very pleased with it. Both the reverb and delay work very well on my pedal board. The controls are laid out intuitively and I was up and running with this thing within a few minutes. There are 4-5 reverb options which can be modulated, and delay up to 2 seconds. I am pleased with this pedal and would recommend it.

Works best when paired with the right AC adapter
After about a couple weeks of experimenting with this pedal I am really happy with the range and combination of delay and reverb effects I am able to get out of it. With the settings dialed in the way I like them, it sounds really good to me, and about on par with much more expensive pedals. Quite a few other reviews have commented on the battery life. Every pedal I have drains batteries fairly quickly, and since I know I can't trust myself to remember to unplug the cable every time I am done playing, I just never use batteries and instead always plug it into a power supply. The one concern I had involved the reviews that have commented on it being noisy. The first thing I noticed when I plugged it in was that it really added a *very* noticeable and annoying hiss. Since I use an AC adapter, I'm not sure if it would have been as noisy with a battery but it was certainly very noisy with the AC adapter. Using a noise suppressor helped considerably, but even still, it was still noisier than I am used to. Coincidentally, I happened to purchase a new 9v AC adapter to power all of my pedals today. When I swapped it for my old one, the noise level dropped substantially. Without the noise suppressor turned on, the hiss is barely noticeable and at a level that I can certainly live with. My guess is that this pedal may just be a bit more sensitive to the type of AC adapter being used. If the noise is a problem, I would suggest trying a different AC adapter (the one that is working for me is from Monoprice). In my case, I am definitely happy with it, particularly given it's cost. It is plastic, but it looks as though it is beefy enough to certainly withstand normal wear and tear. The knobs are a little different in that they don't click to each setting. Instead, the LED flashes at each stop as you turn the knob. It's a little different approach, but I really don't mind it now that I am used to it. Overall, I think the DR400 is a really good value and I will definitely be hanging on to this pedal.

A decent pedal but drains batteries fast
This is a decent FX pedal here. For the price it is amazing. If you want something better then you really need to spend the extra dough and get yourself a Boss pedal, but for the price you can't go wrong. Has really clean sounds. Has multiple functions including delay, delay+reverb, and reverb. You can manipulate the time and depth live. Sounds great. Not as good as a Boss pedal as far as options go, but still a solid piece. The downside I found is that it drains batteries fast. In a 3 hour session it drained a fresh 9 volt every time. I probably get 4-5 hours of playtime tops with a 9volt battery. It does not come with an adapter so you have to purchase that separately. I highly advise doing so. The cost of 9 volt batteries will be much higher then the cost of an adapter in no time. I think this is a good pedal for beginners and novices. A pro might want something more high end, but for a stand alone reverb/delay you can't go wrong with this piece.

Very Limited, Artificial Sounding Plate Reverb
My main complaint is that the reverb effect on this unit is of only one type. Yes, there are a few different settings which change the timing, but the effect's tone is still exactly the same. I think they tried to emulate "plate" reverb and that sound is present in EVERY setting. You can set it to "Bedroom", and you'll get tight plate reverb with very little delay. You can set it to "Concert Hall", and you'll get spacious plate reverb with lots of delay. No matter what setting it's on, it always has plate reverb. The other issue is that the delay and reverb are not dedicated knobs. Sometimes their functions change depending on the mode you're in, so you can't just start out with no effects, and dial in a little reverb, then dial in a little delay, you first have to pick a mode which is like a preset. The problem being is that there are only 4 modes that allow for delay AND reverb, and these presets limit what the knobs actually do. For example, on the presets that combine delay and reverb, the reverb knob becomes a tone knob instead...huh? There is also a dry/wet mix knob, which would be great except that you can't control the effects enough for it to be useful. Because of mode limitations, you have to use the mix knob to compensate for the lack of delay and/or reverb adjustment, ugh. WHY, there are two different knobs!!! Also, to my ears, the tone of the reverb is pretty bad. It's hard to describe, but in a natural environment, guitar reverb sounds different from bass reverb which sounds different from drum and vocal reverb. With this unit, it's the like the reverb itself is the sound, not the sound of the instrument bouncing off of something. In other words, pluck an "E" note and you'll hear some reverb, pluck a "B" and you'll hear exactly the same sound reverberating that you heard with the "E". It just sounds way too artificial.

The DR-400 pedal reverb/ delay a simple fix for great reverb
A LOT OF REVEIWERS SAY THAT THERE IS A HISS IN THE SOUND OF THIS UNIT AND YOU ARE 100% CORRECT. HOWEVER THERE IS A WAY TO GET RID OF THE HISS, IF THIS UNIT IS HOOKED UP THE SEND AND RECIVE ON ANY MIXER THE HISS IS GONE AND ALSO ALLOWS YOU TO CONTROL IT ACROSS ALL CHANELS ON YOUR MIXER. DON'T MISS OUT ON THE BEHRINGER DR-400 REVERB / DELAY PEDAL IF ALL YOU NEED IS ADD GREAT REVERB TO YOUR VOCALS IT'S A CHEAP WAY TO GO. IF YOU DO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE ADAPTER FOR IT TOO BECAUSE IT LOVES TO EAT BATTERIES. I HOPE THIS REVEIW WAS HELPFUL

Save your money and get a real stereo reverb/delay
First thing I noticed, it has a good weight and feels like a quality stomp box. However on closer examination the housing is all plastic with a heavy steel plate screwed to the bottom, presumably for the sole purpose of making it feel like it's not a toy. Fit and finish very sloppy. The battery access is just ridiculously tedious and the structural integrity of the housing so weak that one could easily damage the device beyond repair simply by attempting to change the battery. The on/battery led could put your eye out it's so bright, which i would have to guess puts an extra strain on battery life. It certainly doesn't feel like it would hold up under the rigors of playing bar gigs. When I finally got the thing apart and the battery installed, I plugged into it and heard a lot of noise even at very low volume, as someone else mentioned. I wish there were something good to say, don't like to be so negative. Some of the Behringer stuff is ok when you're on a budget so I decided to roll the dice, but would not recommend any stomp box in the Behringer line based on my experience with this one. Mine is getting sent back and I will save for a better quality unit.

great features and price for use with native American flute
I use this with a native American flute to add reverb and delay. Absolutely wonderful, easy to use and a great price! A perfect set of mode options and nice range of parameters. The 2 second delay is perfect for a flute. The battery option is a nice feature for remote use but I would suggest ordering up the power supply (not included).

Nice features, very useable
This pedal has nice features; the delay is very customizable and sounds very good. The reverb is pretty good too, and you can combine them nicely. The only issue with this pedal is that it is noisy, as other reviewers have already noted. Just keep this in mind, it's great for jamming, practicing, and live playing, but may not be ideal for recording. It's a nice little unit for the price.
