The advertisement states in part: "cable lube included"; I did not receive any cable lube!
It is possible that the cable was lubed during assembly but then the ad should state that! This may be the best cable in the world but the doubt wether it is lubricated or not precludes my installing in my vehicle. I took the inner cable out of the sheath and Sure Enough it was NOT lubricated! So, saying that lubrication is included is not correct. I lubricated the cable with a graphite based speedometer lube and installed the cable.

Live and learn
Went through 4 different speedometers last one new along with these cables with in several years, speedometer always bounced around. Finally decided to spend the extra money and buy acdelco, could have saved money and headache.

Cable fits 1985 monte carlo ss with 2004r 100" in length.

I bought this because Amazon said it would fit my 1984 Buick Regal Grand National - it did not - it was way too short - now I have to figure out how to package it and return to Amazon.
