Good Quality, The Right Size and The Right Price. This deserves more than 4-Stars, but not quite a 5 due to a purely selfish reason; I had a tough time opening the case to do the wiring and mounting. You need to press two buttons to release the cover while pulling it apart and the buttons did not want to recess enough to release. Once I got pass that, it was easy to wire and mount. Both lights illuminated brightly (after 24 hour charging per the instructions). Another takeaway from the 5-Star, the light held their positions when directed, but range of motion felt limited.

These lights are very similar to the ones I put up over 5 years ago and those are still working. So far I have added two of these and about my only complaint is that the mounting plate is a bit flimsy. They turn on just fine when the breaker is turned off, so I expect that they will work and hopefully last at least 5 years like the first set.

Great quality lights

Lights all worked well. No grounding wire is in the design, and instructions could be a little better. I did find one useful mode by accident when I permitted the red (220VAC) wire to ground - the light stayed on whether 110v was supplied as not, making it an uninterrupted light, might be a useful mode to include. When supplying light with 110v, the 220 unused wire is 'hot', so an annoying danger marginally mitigated by capping it with a wire nut. The swiveling feature on the lights feels weak, but they shouldn't need to be adjusted after mounting, so shouldn't be an issue. For the price, cheaper than replacing batteries in existing lights.
