I have mthfr mutation and this supplement helps me and I've used other brands. This one is affordable, small easy to swallow and never had any issues. Love.

My doctor recommended me to take a methyl folate supplement to help with my mood as blood work showed that I have two copies of the MTHFR gene mutation that affects folic acid. This was the cheapest brand and with it being available on Amazon it seemed like a good choice. I’ve been using them for over a year now and they seem to supplement my antidepressants well! Very happy with this product overall!

Compared to medical grade these work just as well for less the cost. Will purchase again.

GOOD DEAL

I bought these by mistake then decided to research them and found out they help with diabetes. I have been taking them because I am a diabetic and have noticed after a month of taking them my cravings for sugary items have lessened. I will continue taking as they were a good accidental buy.

It is a great product Just needed to upgrade to a B6/B12 complex.
