SIBU Omega-7 Softgels

We have been taking these for about 3 years now. They are amazing at helping to heal skin. They work on cleansing my body of all the junk that makes me break out, and it really works. I can tell when I run out that it was truly working, I start breaking out in hives and patches within a few weeks. Seriously this stuff works. Easy to swallow, they are a dark brown colored veggie capsule, like a vitamin E type. I love the new concept of the refill pouches. The first one was kind of confusing but I've gotten a few since then so I get what they are doing now. It's a great supplement, and it helps in many ways.

This is an excellent product. I does as it says , it help with post menopausal vaginal dryness or itching due to the drop of estrogen. It also helps with dry eyes , skin and strengthens the nails and hair seems improved as well. The effects of HRT are questionable , so I tried this product and noticed a difference within the week for post menopausal symptoms and dry eyes and noticed the difference in my nail strength as the month passed. I was skeptical at first ,but I will continue to use this instead of Hormone replacement therapy. They are small capsules and easy to swallow and the results are great.

This product is amazing! I would give a million stars if I could =0) I've been taking them only for 3 weeks and I can already see the results!! Let me tell you about my problem first so you can understand why these pills have saved my life! mentally speaking, that is. And hopefully, someone with a similar problem can also find the solution. Seven years ago something weird appeared on my face, like a rash that started to spread on all over the face. It looked like leprosy because my skin was red and almost falling apart! it was very itchy too! I was ashamed of it and didn't want to go outside, I had a 100% low self esteem but I learned to accept it as I thought there was no cure because I went to the doctor, 5 dermatologists and none of them knew what was causing this rashes on my face. One of them, the last one, said that it could probably be eczema but the creams he recommended me didn't cure my problem. 7 years later and I got used to it with the mentality that it was never going to disappear. Then I heard of the program Dr. Oz and he talked about diabetes, that scared me a lot because I had all the signs of per-diabetes so I committed myself for a change. I stopped eating white rice, bread and sweets and started eating more vegetables, green legumes and fruits plus drinking a lot of water. I didn't take breakfast before and now I take it everyday! I eat every 4 hours in small quantities with healthier choices. i exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Drink white tea or green tea everyday. This helped me A LOT and I didn't only start to see a change on my face but I lost a lot of weight too. I also take a lot of vitamins: Omega 3, Super Pimrose, Bacopa and Seabuckthorn Oil. Everyday! it is not bad to take many vitamins as long as you don't overdose yourself and the body will take the vitamins it needs. Suffice to say, they all have improved my health a lot but my face was still a little bit worn out. I always had a yellowish color and my eyes looked tired, my face would itch from time to time BUT one day when I ran out of the Seabuckthorn Oil capsules, i wanted to buy more and came upon the "Sibu Cellular Support" capsules and I thought 'why not?' bought them without having any hope of getting any improvement on my face. Boy i was so wrong!!! since the day i started to take those pills I noticed a huge change! Whatever I had on my face DISAPPEARED!!! after SEVEN years this is the first time I can walk down the street with my head held high! not feeling ashamed to show off my face to the world. Not only the rash and itchiness disappeared but my face started to take on a pink color, my lips became pink and fuller and I feel pretty! with smooth and healthy skin! the way I eat, the vitamins I take, the exercise I do and these pills have changed my life and sanity! These pills cured my face, I will always buy them from now on! don't hesitate to buy them if you want your face to look healthier and pretty, keep in mind that they are not like magic! if you don't take care of your eating habits it will also be difficult to see great and fast results. The body has to be clean on the inside in order to look clean on the outside.

I purchased 2 a month supply & received product as promised. The first bottle had the full 60 capsules, not less as some others have reported. I have been taking 2 per day for less than a week so I cannot comment on the effectiveness yet. Many have stated Dr Oz mentioned using these to suppress appetite however, the episode I saw did not say that. He discussed testing on mice & sea buckthorn may prevent your body from absorbing some of the fat & calories from your food. He also mentioned that it can lubricate your digestive tract. I am a female in my late 30's & have some hair loss, acne, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, depression & would like to drop 10 lbs. I figured for the cost I should give these capsules a try & maybe they will help any or all of these issues because conventional drugs & treatments haven't helped so far. I am using the Sibu Sea Buckthorn Oil on my face to help with aging/acne & my scars & acne are improving. I will update this after 2 months of use. Good luck! **UPDATE** I haven't quite been on this for 2 months yet but since an update was requested, I will post one now & another later on. First of all my digestive problems are under control but I can't say for sure if sea buckthorn is the reason because I am drinking more water & eating more fiber. I have noticed no change in my appetite at all but I didn't expect to. I have lost 8 lbs but I have also been trying to lose the weight by reducing my calories & walking a few times a week. My depression is gone for now but again I can't say for sure if it's just because spring is here & I am exercising or the sea buckthorn has something to do with it. I do think my skin looks better which could be a combination of taking the gel caps, using the oil on my face & drinking lots more water. I just ordered another 2 months supply so I will decide in a few more months if I should continue this or not. It will be interesting to see if I go back to my old eating habits without watching calories if this will help me keep the weight off. I don't think this is a weight loss miracle pill by any stretch but if it's giving me even just a little help, I am all for it! **UPDATE as of January 2013** I have now been on this daily since February. I have had a few days of constipation here & there but overall I feel like the IBS is a bit more under control. I can't say for sure if it's the pill or drinking more water. I haven't really exercised over the past 3 months & my weight has been up & down but not up or down more than 5 lbs total. I had a few weeks where I ate everything in the house & many late night sessions of eating entire packages of cookies, cakes etc & I didn't gain any weight after that. Again, I can't say for sure if this helped reduce the amount of fat absorbed in my body but I was shocked to see I didn't gain anything. My acne is up & down as well so I can't say that this product helped that. I have not had any depression since last winter. I will probably continue taking this product as I don't see any harm in it & if it's helping me age a bit more gracefully (I am about to turn 40) then it's worth it.

Very hydrating. I always had problems with my dry eyes. Omega 7 helps a lot

I should have read the ingredients because it contain carrageenan. Why? Seems pointless to me and I won’t reorder because of this.
