Using this for the past one year. Very good sound quality. Reliable product. It won't trouble you until you trouble it. Worth for the money.

The Dulcet amplifier isn't worth to use as it doesn't have neither all the features performance a user can use nor the controlling part is good. The volume controller is the worst part as whenever I turn the volume up or down, it perform the opposite of what it should perform. The bluetooth connectivity is the second problem where the bluetooth connecting time is more than any bluetooth device. This product remote buttons are only useful when I'm using radio and bluetooth as it is useless when connected to USB, TV and RCA connection. These problems aren't much worst than the customer care. They don't pick the call and even if they pick they act like they can't listen anything and so end the call. Whenever I try to contact them through WhatsApp, their bot replies that within the time 2 PM to 5 PM I'll receive a call but never they called or responded me. I had my one year warranty till July 9th and I was trying to contact Dulcet customer care from June 19 to claim the warranty as the volume controller stopped working properly but they didn't even responded. I suggest you to not buy this product by it's appearance in the product photo, description and fake reviews. Yeah, there are fake reviews available for this product

It is such a good product I thought my speaker sound so low but when I put it with this amp my mind blowed! It have all inputs. The sound quality good also. It made my room like a party hall just need to put sound around 20 or 30 so good.

Good quality out put. Blue tooth connectivity fast and good. Different types of wired connectivity is also available with accessories. Remote works good but average quality. Display is big. I have connected to my good old sony speakers. Very good sound. Altogether good purchase. We can register our warranty online.

As soon as it was switched on it started making a whirring noise and overheated within less than a minute with a burning smell. The remote was badly damaged and broken. Even the batteries were badly damaged. These must have been packed in a damaged condition since the outer box was in perfect condition !! Totally hopeless quality product and terrible quality control , and does not even have a refund option. Have asked for a replacement. Its to be seen whether the replacement is any better.
