**Updated to say Amazon customer support came through and resolved the issue **Just got this today from Amazon. It’s non returnable as it’s a food item. Contacted Bobs customer service since it was direct from the store. Was told I had to contact Amazon who already said it’s not returnable. I guess I have to just absorb the cost of crappy quality control. Won’t be using your product again

A must when making your bread.

I picked this up to dust the liner of my banneton basket for proofing my sourdough loaves. I initially used plain all-purpose flour, but it would just absorb into the loaf and leave the linen liner sticky. I also saw videos of people dusting their loaves with rice flour prior to scoring, as it stays white on the surface of the bread and doesn’t just absorb into the dough as it steams. You get a nice color contrast when doing decorative scores.

I used this flour to make scalloped potatoes for our Easter dinner. One of our guests is highly allergic to wheat and nuts, so I couldn’t use wheat or almond flour. This rice flour was the perfect solution!
