I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the ease of installation and set-up. There are some very useful videos to help with the installation process. It's working flawlessly, automatically closing the curtains at dusk and opening them at 08:30 in the morning. The only (small) criticism is that it is a bit chunky, but at less than half the price of some of the better-known brands I'm prepared to live with that.

As far as electric curtain tracks go, this is great value for money and some of the poor reviews on here (like the one where they say there’s a gap in the curtains....and they haven’t put the hooks in the right place....no helping some people!) aren’t really worthy. Assembly is easy, especially with the Quoya videos and once it’s all together, it works perfectly. My only issue is that I just cannot get the track connected to the Tuya app so that I can use it with Alexa. I’ve followed all the instructions to the letter and still cannot work it out. Thankfully, there’s a remote included. Would I buy again? Yes!

3rd time I have bought this product (so now I have on three windows). The first two I bought in lockdown and they are still going, scheduled to open and close everyday. They are brilliant. I have them in massive 5m bay windows and they work fine. I love the fact that when I'm on holiday my curtains are opening and closing. This one is on a 2 metre straight window. Much easier to put up! Make sure you take your time and watch all the videos. They are perfectly good. You'll be fine if you don't rush it. If it jams after you complete the build, then loosen one end and pull it / push it until the tension is right. You'll need to open and close the curtains while you do this. Literally a couple of mm makes all the difference. They work with the remote (pairs easily) and Tuya (WiFi) - I turned the app on and it found the curtains without me searching. Boom - done, and they work through Alexa - I switched app on and they were already there. I have mine also running through home assistant also with no problems. These are extremely robust - expect them to last years, as mine have. Highly recommended. Blows my friend's minds. I don't understand why they are not a standard part of home life for everyone. Takes me about 3 hours to put these up.

This curtain system is highly customisable and perfect to adapt to your exact needs. I found the online instructions very useful, and setting up the SMART functionality was much easier than with other smart devices we have here. We have very large, heavy curtains in a large bay window now opening and closing at the touch of our phone app.

I bought these for my living room. I have to admit that upon opening the box, I was left feeling a little daunted by the prospect of putting them together. (I am not renowned for being too technically minded). However with the help of the videos provided. I had them built & erected within a few hours. They open & close with ease. I initially wanted them, so that I could close the curtains whilst away from home. However the idea of being able to open & close them from the remote is also great. They are also very quiet. Which surprised me as most gadgets that work from a motor tend to be noisy. So I plan on purchasing some for my bedrooms. Such a great purchase.

It works fine, but the installation is a nightmare. If you have a small window, it’s perfect. Easy to install. If you have a window bigger than 2m, then it becomes a mess. If you miss only one little detail you’re done. Do not cut the belt bigger than what you need, otherwise you’ll have problems

One of the best Home Improvement products I’ve ever used. Operates well, is quiet and simple to use. The instructions are a bit vague, but the videos are good and essential. One quarter of the price I was quoted by curtain shop.

Funzionamento silenzioso. Si utilizza con telecomando, a mano (basta una pressione alla tenda ed il motore si attiva) con Alexa e tramite App (Smart Life). Apprendimento automatico dei fine corsa e riduzione della velocità prima di arrivare a "battuta". Il motore si può montare in entrambi i versi (alto o basso) ed è possibile inverire l'impostazione predefinita di chiusura ed apertura. Si monta sia a binario singolo che a doppio binario. In dotazione tutti gli accessori (escluso le paperelle). Consigliato Per glu amanti della domotizzazione un vero incanto.

This system is quiet, reliable and solidly built. I bought the 16 foot size, for a fairly heavy curtain, and was concerned it might not handle the weight, and I am very pleased. It is made of thick aluminum, with strong connectors between track segments. The motor, track bands, hangers are well made and strong. The assembly was not intuitive, but they provided a number of video instruction links which were clear. All hardware was provided however because my curtains are 16 feet long, it was short some hangers which were not available for this model thru Amazon. I emailed the company and they sent me more hangers free. The price is great compared to the alternatives. Delivery time was short (I had to wait anyway until my wife was out of town to put it up). I assembled and mounted the whole thing myself, but I recommend having an assistant to make it easier. Overall, a fun project, and great result at an excellent price!

The setup was easy and the instructions were fine. I didn't find the instructions vague or confusing, but the videos online show the steps in crystal clarity if you are ever unsure. The scariest part of the setup process was cutting the belt to fit your preferred setup, but they provide the measuring tools and a guarantee of sending you a new one if you do make a mistake. I used the full length of mine, but I think you can omit one of the rods to make it shorter if necessary (although I don't know the exact dimensions). It works wonderfully and isn't loud at all, just a quiet whispering noise. It's not unexpected, but I did have to buy hooks for my curtains, as they do not come with this kit. The belt just has rings on it to hook into, not actual hooks. I've seen other reviews say these do not work with grommets but I was able to hang grommets on it using larger S hooks. It's probably not 'proper' but as long as they hang it works just fine! As others have mentioned, the buttons work in reverse by default. It's possible I put something together backwards, but I think that's just the way it is to start. There are instructions for how to reverse this, but I fiddled with it a bit and only ended up un-pairing the remote (it was easy to pair again), so we just push close to open the curtains now. If I were more determined I think I could get them to reverse properly. One caveat with the motorized curtains is that you lose the ability to open only one side of them. You can use the remote to stop them for a partial open, though, and you can set them to manual, but because they're attached to a belt both sides will move together now. Altogether, I am happy I don't have to climb over the couch to open or close the curtain anymore!
