Hello! When soluble tapioca fiber is listed as an ingredient in our products, this is actual soluble tapioca fiber. We do not use isomaltooligosaccharides (IMOs) in any of our products.

Hello! In all of the images of our nutrition panels for this item, the allulose content is listed on the line above sugar alcohol content. Previous versions of our keto bar packaging did not include this because of the FDA's guidelines, which allows allulose to be excluded from total sugar and added sugar counts on nutrition labels, based on data showing that allulose is not metabolized by the human body in the same way as table sugar.
