on the Gluten Free scale + it's bptetty good pasta
Being gluten free is really difficult to find choices for almost a thing to eat. It's not exactly the same a traditional wheat/grain based pasta, but looks good, cooks well and when done, they keep there shape & integrity of the cooked bowl looking perfect.May need extra seasoning (i.e. more salt than regular - but ok without extra salt l)

Hard to tell they’re gluten free
A sign of good gluten-free pasta is that you can trick the gluten-eaters into thinking it’s the real thing. This pasta has been successful on multiple occasions. It cooks well, doesn’t disintegrate in hot water, and tastes delicious when covered in spaghetti sauce.

Gluten Free Noodles
This is the only brand of gluten-free noodles that I use. Amazon is the only place I can buy it so I keep coming back here to get it.

Good pasta
Good, reasonably priced GF pasta. I undercook it a bit and it holds together better for left overs. It still comes apart a bit, but not nearly as much as it does if I cook as the box says. For people in dorms or without access to a stove, it will cook up in the dash automatic mini rice maker. Wait until the water is starting to boil though. Don’t add it with water like you do rice, GF pasta can’t take that much soaking..it will come out gluey.

Can't even tell it's gluten free!
2 years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that gluten severely aggravates and causes me severe joint pain. As an Italian, I eat buckets of pasta. I am picky too. Barilla has always been our home's go-to for semolina wheat pasta for decades now. I've spent a lot of time trying new varieties of many different gluten free pastas. Barilla's line of Certified Gluten free pasta (made on a dedicated line, no egg, vegan) is really great! Load up your sauces, spices, and all that you normally adorn your pasta with, and the texture, the al dente, the flavor is so delicious! That's a pretty incredible feat given that their certified gluten free line is non GMO corn and rice! Thank you for such a delicious option! I cried when I could finally enjoy pasta again, but now gluten free. :)

Best Gluten free pasta
I have tried every brand of gluten-free pasta, and Barilla is my favorite by far!!! The texture is even lighter weight than typical pasta! My whole family prefers this one!!
