I had bought a similar product on Amazon before and it was cheaply made, it made a grinding noise when you moved arm, and the light blew out after 2 yrs. I ordered this product and was very impressed that it was very strong and sturdy, did not make noise when moving the arm. You can tell it's made very well. The light is bright enough and the magnification is very good also. Worth the money.

Have purchased two of these in the past...both from Amazon...and both have failed. The original unit was not installed immediately so when it failed the manufacture's warranty of one year had expired. The next unit was purchased February 1, 2025 and had failed by September. I contacted the company and they did respond but advised they were waiting on a shipment to arrive in late September and that was the last response. My wife really loves these units and several hotels we frequent when we travel have them so I assumed they were of better quality then what we have experienced. They are awesome when they work but I cannot recommend these both from the life of the product and their customer service.

Nice. But doesn't last

When I say I searched FOREVER for the right mirror, I mean it. I looked at 1 million online from various companies and in various price ranges. I had one for many years that I purchased from BBB and knew I wanted another one of a good quality. I like the five times magnification. If you’re unsure what kind of magnification go into a store and try it out first. I wanted one that was on a swivel arm that could be pressed against the wall and yet pulled out if you were standing at the sink so you didn’t have to lean in. I wanted one that did not did not bevel and blur at the edges. I wanted one with a light up mirror. This lighted mirror has all of these requirements. In addition, the actual mirror part swivels as there are two screws for adjustments. This way you can adjust it up down or at a different angle. It is hardwired electrically and I like the clean look of the mirror base against the wall. Exactly what I was looking for and worth the price. The chrome finish looks good and it does not look cheap!

Bought this for our soon to be finished Master Bathroom remodel. Tested the product after electrician installed it two days ago, all good. Wife very happy. Unfortunately it would not turn on yesterday. As it is past Amazon's allowed return date, I am working with the Manufacturer for refund. Will update, good or bad, depending on Manufacturer's fulfillment of "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy.

Beautiful mirror. Works great. I wish it had a stronger magnification.

Used one of these at a hotel I was staying in over in India and had to buy one for my own bathroom.

It looks great, easy to install.

We remodeled our bathroom and I installed this mirror and it looks and functions great. Bright light is great. Bottom screw on the base isn’t as secure as the top but it’s oaky. So far... so good.
