Like- the whole profile with higher dosages of everything you want in your pre workout like citruline, caffeine, beta alanine, carnitine and arginine. Dislike-confusion regarding its label. both serving are mentioned. Now all contents are for 10 serving or 20 serving, we have no clue. Also flavour is also missing in the whole label. scoop size is 9 gm. And they have mentioned 1 scoop -14 gm and 2 scoops-28 gm So what is the dosage? I have also received one whey isolate sachet from nutrija. In whey protein also, carbs are not mentioned. one more thing taste is worst-it’s like you are having cement. Also I cracked their scoop size. Scoop inside is of 9 gm so if you take 3 scoops 27 gm then it will become those figures mentioned in the label.

Edited : 3rd time : A representative of Nutrija contacted me today and acknowledged the issue. Apparently due to the change in the density of the product the powder collected in the scoop has changed. They have promised to address this issue immediately. I am happy to see that the company is Honest and Responsible. Have therefore changed the rating again to 5 star. 2nd time : Nutrija didn't even bother to respond to my multiple emails highliting this issue. It now makes me wonder whether this company or their products are trustworthy 1st time : The scoop size is highly inaccurate. Size is mentioned as 17 gm on scoop however I have measured the quantity on digital weighing scale and the serving in 1 scoop comes to 22 gms which is approximately around 2 servings. Nutrija should have a look at this immediately because if someone takes even 1.5 scoops it will be above the recommended dose Original review: This is the only pre-workout in the market without and non sense fillers and perfectly dosed. It is very powerful and just 1 scoop is enough. The orange flavour taste is not at all good but if you want results you should not care about taste. Will try Pineapple next. All Nutrija products are best in quality. Have even tried Whey Isolate and it's the best.

This product provides no energy, strength or stamina as it claims. Better to have a cup of coffee. Waste of money!

The Ingredients are perfect and effective. The pre workout does it's job at best. However, 2 scoops are the actual dose for optimal performance and that's only 10 servings at this price range is just not worth paying. Other pre workouts offer at least 25 servings at this price point which is justifiable.

The ingredients are chosen properly to give decent boost to workouts. It tastes ok. Good pumps, vascularity and focus. I would have preferred without caffeine, though it gives better focus and energy. I will be buying this product again
