Does this have a cartoon on it?

Yes It is , initially they send me a wrong product tha ia without cartoon, then I cancelled it. Then they again send me a plate with cartoon

In review it’s mentioned that no cartoon print is there on the plate. I was about to order this but now what?? Can u pls tell me why is that so?
