Omgosh this product is amazing! Ive suffered from IBS bouts for years. Bouts are anywhere from 3 days or 6 months. After purchasing this product, I've been taking one capsule (broken capsule mixed with a tablespoon of Activia live yogurt (to introduce to my system gently) for 10 days. Apart from one missed day early on when symptoms returned, my stomach has been very light and settled from day one!! I also feel... calmer, sleepier at bedtime. My gut is quiet and lighter - not full and bloated, achey, bubbly or tense. A calmer gut = a calmer vagus nerve = a calmer me! Obviously this product is a quality one. Highly recommend!

als je veel last heb van zuurbranden en andere darmklachten raad ik dit product echt aan. ik heb jaren omeprazol geslikt om mijn maag te beschermen maar dit middel maakte mij veel zieker zowel geestelijk als lichamelijk met zoveel bijwerkingen . nu ik dit gebruikt gaat het zoveel beter met mijn lichamelijke en geestelijke gezondheid. Je suis très satisfaite de ces gélules de prébiotiques et probiotiques. J'ai acheté un flacon suite à un traitement antibiotique. A savoir que lorsqu'on les prend en même temps que les antibiose, il faut avaler les gélules à plusieurs heures de distance des médicaments. Donc je prenais mes deux gélules vers 16H. J'en recommande un flacon car j'ai à nouveau un traitement antibiotique mais cette fois je les prendrai une fois qu'il sera terminé, donc je prendrai une gélule le matin et une le midi. Je recommande ce produit. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
