Product worked as intended. Speed was decently fast. When i put in my order, it was described as your typical usb interface. When i received it, it was the type c usb. The vendor apparently just changed the pictures. My computer didn't have a type c usb so had to order an adapter.

Connection issue
The reader was ordered with a C type insert for my NEW Mac Book are. It took some effort to get it inserted ( which I might add, C type plugs are not new to me or this MacBook) and some effort to get it out. Tested other C type devices and fortunately no issues ( was concerned the reader could have damaged the slot on the computer). Did not want to try the reader again on a new laptop that just cost me over $1300!

Quick and easy. I had ordered the wrong memory cards and reader and had to return them. The second time around was no problem once I identified the right cards and reader
