Classic Accessories Ravenna Water-Resistant 44 Inch Round Fire Pit Cover, Outdoor Firepit Cover

I got the  CobraCo FB6102 Round Cast Iron Brick Finish Fire Pit with Screen and Cover  a few months back and have liked it. That fire pit came with its own plastic cover that fits it perfectly. The problem is, it is absolutely useless if you want to keep water out of the fire pit. Water just seeps right through it as if it were a sieve.I found a pool of standing water in the pit about a month ago where mosquitoes were breeding. Nice. Not only that, but the screen that fits over the pit has now started to rust because of the water problem.I resolved to get a better cover for the fire pit. Having had a very good experience with the  Classic Accessories 55-142-055101-EC Ravenna Grill Cover, X-Large, Taupe  recently, I looked for a fire pit cover from the same company and found the Classic Accessories Ravenna Round Fire Pit Cover, Taupe.This cover did the trick. Not only does it look nice, but it is obviously more durable than the cover that came with the pit. Drawstring closures on both sides let you adjust the fit for your pit and keep the cover from blowing off. It also has clasps that you can put around the legs of your pit to hold the cover in place. Handles on top of the cover make it easy to lift the cover off.We've had some good thunderstorms since I got this cover and the pit has stayed dry through all of them.I'm very happy with this cover and with the Classic Accessories brand in general. I will look at their product line again should I have need for something else they make in the future.

Good quality product. Waterproof. Not that cheap plastic that makes all kinds of noise when the wind blows.

The ad says it will fit a 44 inch diameter but my fire pit is roughly a 48 inch diameter. I was able to find a product description on another site that told me the actual diameter of the material is 52 inches so I gave it a try. I had just enough overhang to slip around the stone top and pull the draw string. It looks like a custom fit that does exactly what I was hoping for. Depending on the design of your fire pit and how much overhang you need, this cover could work for up to 48 inch diameters.The material is light weight but has a very good water proofing. I like how the water beads off of it and keeps the fire pit dry. I am very pleased with the look and the functionality of this cover. I would definitely buy this product again. See photo.

The material is very thick and it's very well put together; however, I wish the straps for the buckles were a LOT longer. I have the Hampton Bay Crossfire 29.5" Steel Fire Pit from Home Depot ([...]). The cover fits over the pit just fine but the straps are SUPER short (about 10") so they weren't long enough to buckle around the feet of the fire pit. I had to use some rope to make the loop around the legs and tie it to the buckled straps. Fastening the elastic didn't do any good on this design fire place because it would leave the bottom half completely exposed to the weather.I know I can't expect that their product is going to fit every possible fire pit design but it just seems like those straps could easily be twice as long and only cost $2 or so more.

AZ Patio Heaters Heat Reflector Shield This is not a one size fits all with regard to the leg attachments. My unit has fuller side panels and so the leg attachments do not reach. But, that is about the only thing that I can find to nitpick about and you can tighten using the stretch cord pretty well. All and all I am pretty happy. Taupe color goes well with my tan decking. Oh...and I made a rolling base that has an aluminum heat shield that I also purchased here on Amazon so my fire pit does not burn my grass...lol.  AZ Patio Heaters Heat Reflector Shield  You can't see the wheels, but they are large heavy duty Cabinet wheels I had left over...and this allows me to move the unit so that I can mow and whatnot.

Fits a little tight....had to replace with a bigger size.

I've have been using the grill covers for years and loved them. First time for the fire pit. Been using for a month now and the fit and quality is amazing. Highly recommend. It sits outside on our back porch through all the weather.

hanging in there! the fire pit I bought it for is a custom made item and hard to fit. So I had to work around the size and leg straps. But it seems to be working fine and looks MUCH nicer than the cover that came with the pit. heavy duty and flexible. I would definitely err on the size if you are considering and go with the larger if in doubt. that is what I did and the "over" size is not a problem. the design allows you to work with it and make it work.

We love Ravenna and had purchased a full length cover that was way too long for our outdoor brick fire pit but we tucked the excess under and just tolerated it...it ended up getting a hole in it so we ordered this cover as a replacement and it is absolutely perfect! It secures under the ledge of our fire pit and now we no longer have potato bugs living in the excess of the old cover that was way too long. Had I known that this cover would work on a brick fire pit I never would have purchased the other. Watch measurements though, you want to be sure that the diameter of your fire pit is at least a few inches smaller than the cover as the cover comes flat so the elastics have to tighten under the ledge to secure it.

I uses this cover originally conceived to wrap a fireplace to protect my four chair 40" round table; it fits perfectly. I bought the same model the same brand about 15 years ago that I threw away because the linen was faded and cracked by the sunlight, which is normal wear, but I noticed the linen of the brand new model made in China is thinner. I simply hope it last as long.

48 inch handle to handle, this is a great fit and quality. Full waterproof too so wood stay dry.

I have decided to keep this fire bowl cover even though it is much larger in diameter than expected. I can wrap the entire bowl in this cover for winter storage.

It fits perfectly with good value for cost. I have rated the durability as a three due to not going through a Season with the new cover as of yet.
