AT&T CL82413 DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone with Answering System - 4 Handsets, Black (ATTCL82413)

This setup has provided me with a mobile base unit as well as three satellite handsets. I have terrible cell reception at my house, so I use this with my voip modem and it works great. I now get all of the mobility of a cell, with crystal clear reception. Added bonus is my voice service has caller id and it shows on the phone. Winner winner chicken dinner.

We just moved into a new home and discovered that it is not wired for telephone. Our TV, Internet, Phone provider is Comcast. I checked with them and was told this phone is compatible with their system. I plugged the base phone in and got a dial tone immediately. After placing the the other hand sets around our ranch style house I was happily surprised to hear a dial tone from each line. So far - so good!

This is a great set and just like this old set I had and just wanted to update it. I highly recommend these.

We use the landline for 99% of our calls and I am impressed with the quality of this AT&T set. The most important feature is that the sound quality is clear and not muffled or distorted, even in speaker mode. Next, we love the large numeric and function keys and the ease of features like redialing, and reviewing call history in the large display screen. The only feature we wish the set had was a flashing light indicator for messages. Messages are indicated in the display screen but they can be easily missed without carefully looking at the display.

My mother wanted a portable phone with a long range. It reaches 500 feet, all the way to the chicken coop and she can talk to her friends while she feeds her birds. Her best friend liked it so much we purchased her one for her birthday. She likes to have a phone in every room and shed on the farm. So, I purchased mother a second set for her birthday. A lightning strike took out all the units, this is her third set. She carries a phone with her at all times (we don't get cell service on the farm), so it makes me feel better about her safety.

Our phones were becoming scratchy, and we did not like that the numbers did not light up when dialing. These new phones were perfect--clear, numbers light up, nice looking black phones, and wonderful--it announces who is calling! We bought 4 for various rooms in the house, and are very happy with them!

Compact base & easy to operate. Much better than my old system.

These phones were a problem from minute one. My original phones from AT&T were great; worked for a long time with many drops to the floor; great phones. These under review kept putting out a high pitched whine where I needed to pick up the phone and replace it on the charger. Extremely poor battery life; suddenly dead battery. Tried to answer a call and couldn't connect. Others may have better luck then me.
