I highly recommend, My fav healthy sub for Nutella
I used to eat a heaping TBS of Nutella about every night then switched to this. I do prefer this but I like sweets that aren't overly sweet. This does have a lot of sweetness to it but it's not as sweet as Nutella and has a little bit of saltiness with the sweetness. It is also thicker than Nutella. I like to sometimes swirl a TBS of peanut butter and a tbs of this in a bowl. If You do that, it makes it easier to spread onto bread, crackers, ETC. It's not oily at all. It has a great shelf life. I think it's a good deal for a healthy snack.

Delicious chocolate treat
This jar is much better than the first one I ordered which was hard and dry. This product is delicious in so many ways and satisfies my sweet tooth!

Oh my delicious!!
I love that there was no need to stir this product-zero greasiness yet not at all dry!! Yes, it did satisfy the Nutella craving and I didn’t feel as guilty for eating so much of it! 😩🤣 it was seriously delicious. I likely will not order anytime soon tho because of the cost AND because it just DOES NOT last long..it’s too good to eat sparingly. Sorry that’s just me. Some things are nearly impossible for me to consume in moderation and this is at the top of my list. That being said, I was surprised at how well my system handled it. I would have expected to be far more bloated. That’s likely because of the cleanness of the ingredients.

Not a great Nutella substitute
When I searched for a vegan Nutella, this item came up so I ordered it to use a a substitute cookie filling where a recipe called for Nutella. It did not taste at all like Nutella. It didn't taste bad, just not anything like the creamy taste of Nutella. It had a slight taste of hazlenut and chocolate, but the overwhelming taste was the almond butter and the texture was thicker and a bit dryer than peanut butter, so it wasn't as easy to spread. Amazon used to carry a different brand of chocolate hazlenut spread that was vegan. I hope to see that brand return to Amazon.

Good but expensive
I'll lead by saying this, don't expect to use this in place of nutella in recipes, it is NOT nutella. Very different texture, much less sweet, much more nut-forward and salty. Use it instead of other nut butters in baking or on sandwiches/toast. The Good: Flavor-wise it tastes good. The initial flavor is almond, the hazelnut and chocolate come through more at the end. Pleasantly salty to me, but I have a salt-forward palate so it may be too salty for some. Good texture, wasn't separated when I recieved it, and needed no stirring. The bad: Price is high for what you get. I could go to a local market and get something similar for the same price. Not hazelnut-forward enough for my taste although it still tastes good. Palm oil is a questionable addition as the product also has cocoa butter in it as an oil. Powdered sugar is an odd choice as a sweetener, maybe they needed it to get a better texture? TL:DR Good quality nut butter. Tastes good. Has a couple of questionable added ingredients. Expensive for what you get. Don't buy expecting a nutella substitute. Will probably use the entire jar, but unlikely to reorder with current price and recipe.

the kids and I love this! SO much better for you than Nutella too!
I love hazelnut butter, and I love chocolate. I know this has almond butter blended in as well as oil, but the taste is wonderful, the kids love it, and it is WAY better for us than Nutella. I mean serious, have you ever read Nutella's ingredients or looked at the label? Nutella's first ingredient is sugar, second is palm oil, and it has 21 grams of sugar! That is like eating a candy bar, and to think parents are giving Nutella to their kids thinking they are eating healthy. Justin's first ingredient is hazelnuts, second is almonds, and the third is cane sugar. For the same 2 tablespoons Justin's only has 7 grams of sugar! I also really like that Justin's does not use vanillin, they use real vanilla. Nutella uses vanillin which as artificial vanilla flavoring that is a common allergen not to mention it can bring on ADD symptoms in kids. I have taken to buying this the squeeze packs and sending it to school once a week with Organic Pretzel Crisps for a snack with the kids and they love it. The jar I leave at home and my favorite thing to do is after i wash and core strawberries I fill the core with the Justin's hazelnut and enjoy, they go so great together! Sometimes the Justin's hazelnut filled strawberries will be on the menu for the kids at breakfast time too. I know a lot of parents who buy Nutella and that is now what their kids are used to. If trying to switch to this there will be a taste difference, there can't not be since Nutella has 3x the sugar as this, and kids might say they don't like it and parents would just go back to Nutella. I would say don't give in, you are the parent, and after a while of not having the Nutella the kids will eventually get used to the lower sugar Justin's. Kids' health is worth the unpleasantness involved in weaning the kids off of Nutella. The price of this 12 ounce jar on Amazon as an "Add On" item is a great deal at $8.91, when on sale at Target the 8 ounce jar is $6.99 and the regular price is $7.99....

It’s very nice that for once an hazelnuts spread’s first ingredient is actually hazelnuts. I love almonds but I would have prefer to have hazelnuts only for this one. According to another customer’s review, it was the case before, so why change the recipe ? I believe that hazelnuts are cheaper than almonds, aren’t they ? I also think it’s a little hard to spread, I expected a meltier texture like my 100% almond butter. I guess it’s because of the tapioca starch (why is it even there ?!), maybe organic cane sugar alone would have been better. And it’s very salty, are you sure that sea salt is the last ingredient ? And last but not least, I also think it’s too bad to put palm oil on it. The ingredients were so nice and there is cocoa butter as the oily ingredient, so I don’t understand the need to include palm oil as well ? Especially for this price (which is too expensive by the way) ? Unfortunately, I don’t think I would buy it again, I’m still looking for a better and cheaper alternative.
