Is pan stick 97 cool for women of color

I'm sorry, I use #9 olive so haven't a clue about #97.

I'm looking for the Sun Tone color. Is that a close match with the Sun Tone color? Do you know?

For some reason SunTone is very expensive now compared to the other shades. I have used it for years but now I use the cool bronze. It is a little darker than the sun tone but the other shades are too light for me. They make me look white as a ghost. I miss the sun tone but I can't afford it anymore...This is under my husbands name LOL

Max is Back.

Max Factor is back and with grate new colors and still stays on all day was using 137 but no longer has that color so the 97 cool Bronze. Is the closed that I could get to it. It just a shade darker but mot bad . a lot smaller.then the old Man Factor.but with every day use I get about 2 weeks out of it.I have being using Max Factor for 25 years,And was so sad to see them move.So enjoy Ladies and I would order as much as I could.D in TN.

My old standby

I always wore this makeup when it was sold in the United States. To me there was never a better makeup than Max Factor Pan Stik. I didn't realize they were selling it online until my grandson mentioned it to me. The only problem I have now is that I haven't hit the color that's right for my complexion and its hard online to figure that out. I am mixing the pan stik I bought with my present makeup and its just fine. I probably will order again to try and get close to my shade. Max Factor Pan Stik is still the best makeup ever and I only wish it was sold here in the states again.

Love the formula. Hate the colors . . .

I love the formula and versatility of Max Factor PanStick. I really love it. BUT, I miss the old colors. Nude Ivory was their classic #1 winner. I'm not happy with any of the currently offered colors. What a poor decision by Max Factor to eliminate their best color.I also was lucky to score the new #1 Ivory PankStick that is offered predominately in Europe. Not the same. Boo to Max Factor! :*(~

Max factor panstick then and now.

I wore this make up for 20 to 25 years. The tube was much,much larger than this one and was not as much. I would say the panstick was about double if not more for less than this one cost.I do love the make up and used it so long because of its coverage and with the help of finishing powder,it had staying power. I worked 2 full time jobs and I wanted my makeup to last as long as I did.With this makeup I used to apply to my nose,cheeks,forehead, chin and my neck using one line. I then ran my fingers through water to spread evenly over entire face and neck. I'd apply eyeshadow directly on the panstick on my eyelids(staying power) then blush,then came finishing powder and finishing with eyeliner, mascara and lipstick. Whole process took less than 5 minutes. With 2 jobs who had time for makeup, I did!!
