Cured me in days, need to maintain or pain will come back

So far I can’t definitely say it has improved anything just yet. Probably because it’s more muscular for me and inflammation rather than joint pain. The inflammation is a bit less I think. Otherwise it’s a nice tea and I k ow it will be helping some where as Tumeric is good for us.

I was sceptical about this working, but It seems to have worked for me, swelling went down on my knees, taking away some pain and helping me walk better.

I was so happy to find out recently, that they’ve changed the packets these tea bags come in, from plastic to paper, which is obviously far better for the environment. I’ve been drinking this tea for the past two years, and it’s become one of my favourites, all the goodness of green tea, with the added benefit of turmeric. That I find, definitely helps me recover after gym sessions. BUT along with the new paper packets, they’ve messed around with the tea, it used to taste lovely, a little bit spicy, flavourful, and how you would expect green tea to taste. However now it tastes of nothing like it did and more akin to dirty dish water. Please change it back!!! Just keep the paper packets.

I've been using this tea 5 times a week for some months. Before I'd wake during the night with awful leg cramps. This happens rarely now. Not even once a month.

Very pleasant flavour and seems to relieve some pain

This tea was amazing even before I finished a cup I could feel my joints loosening. I haven’t felt this much relief in months. I bought this tea as a recommendation after buying another tea that was completely overpriced and I wish I would’ve saved my money and just bought this one. I’m definitely gonna be drinking this every day. If you have joint ache, I recommend this. It also has a wonderful taste. I don’t normally drink sugar with my tea. I sometimes will use honey if the tea is too bitter, but this one has such a beautiful blend that you could just drink it without any sweetener and I highly recommend it that way.
