Men's Paxton Sweatshirt

The fabric quality on this is fantastic. This is definitely a heavyweight hoodie that will keep you warm. Fits great and is comfortable.

This thing is super thick, warm, extremely sturdy and heavy duty, and can withstand rain fairly well. My only complaint is that it doesn't have that little bit of stretchyness most sweatshirts have. It's a little more on the rigid side and I have broad shoulders, so it can feel a little tight in that area sometimes.

Love this. My son had one and I liked it so well I got one for me.

I live in FL and you never really know when you need a jacket travelling up north. This is a great sweatshirt and a great jacket - it's even waterproof but I have no idea how :) I used it to help a friend of mine and got caught in the rain and it kept me dry! Love the look and comfort of it. It's not super soft but it is super durable. I feel like this thing will last a lifetime honestly.

Really good quality. Ordered my usual size and it was very big so I returned for a size smaller. Lose fit so go smaller. And love the color.

This is a very warm heavyweight hoodie. I’ve worn in temperatures around 40 degrees (with a long sleeved tee underneath). The anti-wind and rain-resistant claims made come with caveats, as they should. Yes the wind doesn't penetrate this hoodie as it would most hoodies. Out for a while in a drizzle, this hoodie will keep you drier than ordinary hoodies, but in heavy rain you’ll get wet and you’d you’ll need serious raincoat. This garment is as warm as some jackets made for cold weather and just as heavy. It is longer than a most hoodies, which helps. Still, it is a hoodie, so taking it on and off is a bit of a chore given its heft. The fabric has a pleasant feel. There is lots of room even if you don’t size up, as some customers do. I’ve washed mine a few times. Has it shrunk? Maybe only a tad if at all. It holds up. It appears to be sturdy and well made, but we’ll see. Carhartts tend to be reliable. After a few months, this appears to be a good value even given the somewhat higher price.

Bought this Paxton hoodie for work and weekend wear, and it’s quickly become my go-to. The heavyweight fabric feels super sturdy and broken-in right away—thick enough to block the wind and keep you warm on chilly days without being bulky. The Rain Defender treatment is legit; light rain beads up and rolls right off instead of soaking in. Fits true to size with a relaxed, comfortable cut that layers easily. The triple-stitched seams and ribbed cuffs/hem scream Carhartt durability. After several washes, it still looks and feels brand new. If you want a hoodie that works as hard as you do and handles the elements, this is it. Highly recommend!

Heavy duty Perfect fit and high quality fabric, very durable

I got this for my husband as a gift a couple years ago, and he loves it. He is a bigger guy with wide shoulders and this sweater has lots of room for him to move around and he is comfortable. It’s very warm and water resistant, so he uses it almost like a winter coat. (Height and weight based on my husband 😂)

La sudadera se nota de muy buena calidad desde que la saqué de la bolsa. Es gruesa, pesada y se ve muy resistente. Todavía no la pruebo en frío fuerte, pero por el peso y el material se nota que abriga bastante. Sobre la talla: yo normalmente uso M, pero pedí una S y me quedó perfecta, porque este modelo viene con ajuste relaxed fit (algo amplio). La recomiendo si buscas una sudadera realmente pesada y cálida.

Carhartt typical hoodie, well made, durable and warm! Specifically wanted a thicker hoodie, shame that they don't do ton of patterns and colours but still very happy with the black.
