Performers Full Round Brush, Large

The BEST round brush out there. I'm awful with hair & this honestly has made me love my hair and have confidence that I can make my hair look pretty. I have plenty of hair but it's thin. (If you have my kind of hair - you get what I mean!) My texture is a wavy frizz. I let my hair air dry mostly then smooth it out with this brush & blow dryer to get just the right volume & bounce to my hair. Cannot say enough good about this brush. I'm 34 & finally like styling my hair.

Snagged hair and took too much effort to blow dry hair. I prefer the flat boar bristle brush for shine, and a bigger barrel that conducts heat for a blow out.

Had major problems with this brush. After a couple of months of use, the silver band in the middle of the handle became loose and started spinning around when I would try to blow dry my hair. Then the entire black part of the handle fell off leaving a long thin wooden rod exposed that is attached to the actual hair brush! I superglued wooden rod back into the black handle, but with constant use and heat from the blow dryer it soon got loose and then fell off again. I ended up just throwing it away and buying a new Conair brush. I really like Conair brushes, I think there was just a flaw with this specific design.

I've owned this brush, or ones like it, before so I thought I knew exactly what I was getting but it turned out to be softer than expected.

This is my first boar bristle round brush and I'm loving it! When I blowdry my hair with it, I get a lot more volume and it doesn't look frizzy at all. I find that it doesn't get severe tangles out as well as a comb or hard brush, but I can always keep a comb on hand for that.

Nice at the beginning, but the bristles began to split and break my hair after a couple of weeks of use. I would buy a different brush.

Good service. Great Brush. Use for your own Mac Daddy Blowout. Separate hair in sections. Spray each section with Volumizer. Blow from scalp toward tip. When 1/2 dry, spray brush with hair spray and roll. Dry on cooler setting. Leave in while you finish other sections. Arrange gently with a comb as it falls.

Bristles feel strange - a bit short and with an almost plastic-feel. It doesn't grab hair, and it creates ENORMOUS FRIZZ. Don't get this item if you have fine hair, it will damage your hair. I also purchased SCALPMASTER CERAMIC BOAR BRISTLES - that's a great brush.
