Transformers Construct-A-Bots Optimus Prime Vs. Megatron Construction Set

My kid loves Transformers & Legos so this was a must! So worth it. Very good quality & easy to assemble. Highly recommend!

My 7-year-old is a building maniac. He has built tons of Lego kits, and he loves transformers, so I thought we'd give these a try. He had them both built in about an hour, the instructions were detailed enough for him to follow without help, he LOVED them! #mommyapproved

It is made out of plastic that needs to be much stronger as it takes a lot to pull them apart. Pulling hard is not really the problem, but the cheap plastic is. I paid almost full retail before Christmas which I feel now was too much but at that time I didn't know of the poor quality issues. This set would be worth the risk at $12 or so but not much more.

I got 6 of these Constuct-Bots for my 8 year old nephew for Christmas. He loves them. I thought you could just build either the bot or the vehicle but they actually transform into the vehicle after you build the bot. Not only that but you can mix and match pieces to build just about anything. The only bad thing was that the directions are a little unclear in places and if it's not put together exactly as intended it doesn't transform and you gotta go back and find where you messed up.

I purchased this for a 6 -year birthday gift for our neighbor who likes transformers. I love that you have to build them then you can play with them and each figure has its own storage box. This was reasonably priced and I will buy again!

These were so cool! My son totally loved them, but they are so flimsy. They broke after a week of play, rendering certain parts totally unusable. Now he doesn’t want to play with them. Really disappointing.

comes apart too easy and took forever just to assemble one. for $21 it is decent.

This was the BIGGEST Christmas hit with our Lego Obsessed 5-year old grandson. All other receipts took a back seat until these were assembled, by him, and then other things played supporting roles in the story lines he created.
