Walker Quiet-Flow SS 54668 Direct Fit Exhaust Muffler Assembly 1.75" Inlet (OD) 2.25" Outlet (OD) for Honda Civic

This muffler fit perfect. I cant believe how effortless the install was. Sounds factory quiet, great muffler. I bought a bolt kit and gasket and my commuter car is ready to rock again after the OE rotted off. Thanks Walker, USA, USA, USA, keep doing it right.

Installed this on my 2006 Honda Civic. Very similar to the replaced unit and went on flawlessly. Item was shipped with the ends wrapped in plastic and the shipping label slapped on the side. Several dents and dings, but who cares, its just a muffler that goes under your car. The replacement gasket that I ordered with this unit was a Walker 31360. This did NOT fit as it was way too small. Once I had the bolts tightened all the way, I still had 3/4 of an inch gap. A trip to NAPA was needed to get a larger gasket and all was good. The bolt set that I ordered (Walker 35129) came with bolts, nuts, and springs. The nuts were not needed as the connecting bracket had nuts welded into the unit. CAUTION on removing the original bolts as if you break them off your will have a heck of a time getting them out. I had one break and had to grind the remaining bolt down to the bracket and then back it out from the opposite side once it freed up and started to spin. I was not too careful with these as I assumed that if I did break the bolt that it would just fall out (since the replacement set had nuts in the package) but this was not the case as the nuts are welded into the connecting bracket.

Fit my '06 civic lx 4door perfectly. My only complaint was the welds were poorly done which will likely shorten the lifespan of the muffler. Welds had mig wire protruding from them and spatter all over the ends around the welds. These issues tend to hasten corrosion and could have easily been resolved before they left the factory. But for the price and current function this muffler is a good value.

Perfect fit, I just wish it came with the bolts and gasket.

Bought this muffler in August of 2022. Says it's stainless steel. The connection pipe that connects to my car's exhaust that is welded to the muffler rusted off. If it is stainless steel it is a low grade and the weld is not.

Worked perfect, only reason I'm taking a star off is it arrived with dents and scratches all over it for something claiming to be " new " shouldn't be the case.

It fits well and quiet sound. I like the result after installing this to my car. Saves me money to instead of buying original from dealership.

Arrived with dents and scratches, supports needs to be modified (bent) as they are different from original, craftmanship very poor. End pipe was roughly cut, I needed to file and sand so it would look somewhat decent. the pipes are not mandrel bent, meaning the curves are wavy, I suspect it will not last long, would not buy it again.

Perfect fit. Replacement on a Honda Civic 2010. No fine adjustments required. Comes without spring bolts or donut gasket.
