Beautifully crafted and superb quality set of kitchen knives covering the essential range of uses. Feels well balanced in medium sized hands. Super sharp (for now). Ended up buying the bread knife, too!

I am a huge fan of Robert Welch knives. I bought my first signature RW knife twelve years ago and I am still using it today. I have since gradually bought the whole set and now as my friends and family members are moving into their own homes I always gift them this three knife set. The number of times people have commented afterwards about what a brilliant gift they are is amazing. This set is a great started for doing all of the mundance cooking tasks with ease. Some people will moan about the price and how you can get more knives for less in other sets but the quality of these knives simply sets them apart. They are so easy to clean, long lasting, hard wearing and excellent at their job. The blades hold their edge and sharpness brilliantly. Having a comfortable, sharp, sturdy knife makes any job easier. These knives are comparable to my Swibo work knives but are much prettier, lighter and scaled for home/domestic use. Others will argue for the Wustohof knives but owning a set of these too I find them less comfortable in the hand and the sharper angles less ergonomic for use.

After some fairly extensive research I opted for this three knife set and have been extremely impressed. Well packaged and presented and when you take them out of the box they're great in the hand and very sharp. So far they've made quick work of cuts in tough vegetables and meats and hold their sharpness well. Highly recommend.

These knives are great my partners mum recommended them and they are so good, super sharp and worth the money. Be careful when washing them I have killed two dish clothes and cut myself multiple times!

We received the knife block with four knives for Xmas and so wanted some extra knives to complete a set. These knives are excellent they are easy to hold and cut through things like cutting through butter. As per instructions we never put in the dishwasher
