Harmful frequency emitted
Not only is the volume output significantly lower compared to other Sony earphones in a similar price range, it emits a very high frequency that is damaging to the ears. I exchanged my first order for the exact same product, and found the replacement piece to have the exact same issues. So I know that it wasn't just a one-off defective piece, the product itself is bad. Please DO NOT BUY if you wish to PROTECT YOUR EARS

Bad material quality
It lasted 1 year then now I can see the copper wires coming out of the cables and mic stopped to function whenever I the cables move. I think they delivered me a cheap one.
