I have a 10-year-old on a 12 year-old and we love playing this card game at family game night. I would highly definitely recommend. The rules and the format of the game is very easily understood and it’s a lot of fun actually. I like how easy and fast it is unlike the board game. I also like the fact that it’s not bulky so we can carry it to other locations like when we’re family vacation.

If you understand the board game of Clue, you will get this. It was slightly confusing to figure out even for Clue fans. It does move quickly but my teens and I liked the Monopoly Deal card game more.Still, I recommend this for travel because you can pass the time when it's raining out or if you need something to do to unwind after a long day of fun or travel.

I love this game as a board game but it was a little confusing as a card game. I bought 8. I kept one and sent the rest back because the boxes looked old. I couldnt give a gift that looked like that.

This is a great way to play a classic beloved game! My family and I have been having a blast. So many laughs! I agree that if you stick to the instructions it may become a bit stagnant, however if you include a few house rules, it really livens up the game! For example, when we add the + cards we now can pick 3 cards, still only showing 1 to the guessers. In addition the 3 cards cannot be all from the same category, however you may still choose up to 2 of the same category (ex: Prof. Plum, Dr. Orchid, Candlestick). Also, to lessen any confusion, we place our discard pile to the left of our character card and our accusation cards on the right as shown in the picture. The only thing we think could make this game better, would be an expansion pack with new characters, places and weapons!
