I thought these were made with good ingredients. I had a lot of difficulty swallowing these capsules. They would just stick in my throat. I could not swallow or cough up. I had to wait until they were dissolved enough in my throat to swallow.

First softgel > high heartburn - take with enough water
Just took my first softgel a little bit ago - caused quite bad heartburn - GERD- not quickly resolving. Since this is the first one taken I cannot say anything regarding other results. Will be sure to take some bland food with additional gels. Only the first gel cap was a real problem -but you do need to take with more water/fluid than most --seems to help a it with joint pain in fingers
