XtraVite - Isotonic Multivitamin - 100% Essential Vitamins and Minerals

I love these vitamins. They are Isotonic which means you drink them on an empty stomach. They do not cause stomach upset like some pills will. I have taken a version of these vitamins for many years and I will say I rarely get sick. I do pair them in the morning with the calcium and the OPC Xtra. It is my morning cocktail. I wish they made Vitamin C, digestive enzymes and a children's version as I need to but hose from a competitor. These are less expensive than the competitor and contain the same ingredients.

Like the taste, because it dissolves in water it gets into the body faster. I don’t like the moisture packets, they are too big and get in the way especially towards the end

We started using just after Covid scare early in 2020. Definitely believe it has been a protection. Also, my wife has always had paper thin fingernails. After taking 6-9 months, healthy hard nails. Only problem, her hair was already thin & grew quickly. Now needs hair, roots, done every 3 weeks. ( this is Roger’s wife filling out survey) lol

THE BEST WAY TO TAKE VITAMINS! I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR A YEAR AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE IT. MY ENERGY LEVELS ARE ALWAYS UP AFTER TAKING MY VITAMINS WITH MINERALS.

I like the taste and it's easy to use. Long term usage should tell me how it works.

I tried this as an alternative for the usually multivitamins I would buy. The taste was OK, but I found the effect of the vitamin was not as good as my preferred brand. Isotonix multivitamin is my preference.
