Keto Chaffle Recipes

Look, it’s a chaffle recipe book, don’t expecta Larousse Gastronomique. This is an unapologetic, simple recipe book to get you out of your Keto slump and back into your bikini. Amen.

I was recently diagnosed with Type II diabetes and have been looking for low carb/healthy carb recipes. I have tried three of the recipes so far and they are SO tasty! Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring. Of the three recipes I've tried, they didn't spike my blood sugar. I definitely look forward to trying the rest. These aren't just breakfast recipes either. I'd highly recommend this book if you are looking for something new, healthy and yummy!

I've been trying to find a food I can eat that is low carb, and delicious. I found it here, in the chaffles made with cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, almond flour (but not much, considering the ratio of carbs to protein), salt, and baking powder.Sounds like a lot, but it's not. I'm a very low-maintenance person. I want it easy, yummy, and immediate...or close to it. (I let myself get too hungry at times).I haven't tried the savory recipes yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

So far have tried 6 or 7 of the recipes. Had fun making them with my grandson. Great to flash freeze then store them in a freezer bag to have on hand as needed! Would highly recommend this recipe book!

I am so excited about this recipe book and my chaffle maker that I ordered one for my daughter. She introduced me to keto so I know she will love it as much as I do.

This is a great book for Keto diet beginners.
