Ok, what a pleasant surprise. Been using 18Birdies golf app on my phone which I really liked, but saw this with over 5000 reviews and thought, what the heck, for a $100 lets try it. So far played 2 rounds with it, find that it is as accurate as my phone app, the GPS screen in the golf cart, as well as fellow players shot scopes. It is easy to use, does not take that long to find the courses, and like the fact that it advances to the next hole as you pull up to the tee. It's simplicity is great, it is not overstuffed with all kinds of useless functions and you dont have to step through multiple screens. I still use the phone app for dog legs and blind shots, but this makes a perfect companion for it and it does last through 2 rounds of golf. So far I love it! And early season golf where you may be cart path only, it really shines as you are getting your distance from the ball, not the cart GPS or your phone app left in the cart

Arrived quickly after ordering, everything was intact. nice, easy to use gps golfwatch, face easier to read than my previous garmin, love having hazard measurements, easily changes holes manually when needed. Used first time yesterday, 36 holes no problem, accurate readings comparing with laser rangefinders on holes. Hope it lasts at least a couple years. Well pleased so far and would definitely purchase again.

Thwatchis is the second Tec Tec I have owned and they work very well when the battery is good. The first one didn't make it two years and when it was going it was gone. Didn't make it to the golf course. But the price is right. Looking at the cost of a Garmin or other big names has almost doubled since I bought the first one. Yardage to front back and middle is all I need or want.

The TecTecTec GPS is a great product. It’s very user-friendly, accurate and it has a long battery life. I have used several other similar products and this is the best GPS I’ve ever had.

The watch works very well. It finds the course every time. The front, center and back locations are pretty accurate. I found the hazard locations to be a real advantage and easy to get the distance. The price makes this watch a great bargain.

Precise and easy to use. It has all of the courses I play and can't beat the value, I.wear it on every round and get to help others on my foursome with their yardage. Great purchase.

I bought a TecTecTec ULT-G Golf GPS Watch in June 2020. I liked it and bought another in October 2020. Within six months, the GPS course location function stopped working on the first watch and then a few months later it stopped working on the other watch. BOTH watches are now useless. Customer service (24 hour response by email) is clearly familiar with this apparent chronic problem. First they ask you to: "Please reconnect and sync your watch with the phone application again and update the course manually. Also, please check the firmware version of the watch. Please go to Settings>About. After this, you need to reset the watch by pressing and holding the 4 corner buttons. Once you see BOOT, you may let go of the buttons. After that, you will be back on the main screen with the default date and time of Jan 1 12:00. Try connecting to the satellite and see if there are any changes. Make sure that you step outside and able to see the sky when connecting to the satellite. If you continue to have issues with the watch even after updating the course, please let me know and provide us your order ID number for this watch." This rebooting and re-syncing process does not fix the problem. Next they tell you that they would like to proceed to an exchange of your TecTecTec Golf GPS Watch with another brand new one instead of having it sent for repair. They tell you to: "Please send the watch in complete packaging (charging cable, user's manual, and the box) to: TECTECTEC, 10685-B Hazelhurst Drive, Suite #13324, Houston, TX 77043. Inside the package you're returning; please put a note describing what the problem is so our team who will receive the package will know what's happening. Please do not forget to put this note inside the box, along with the RMA number, before you put it to mail. IMPORTANT NOTE: *THE INFORMATION REQUESTED BELOW MUST BE EMAILED BACK, DO NOT PUT THEM INSIDE THE PACKAGE* Please find below the information you need to email us so that we can process the replacement: 1. Name of the recipient of the new watch. 2. Address to where you can receive the replacement. 3. Phone Number (essential courier requirement). 4. Watch's Serial Number - printed on the front page of the user's manual, starts with TEC. 5. Tracking Number of the defective watch being returned to us (VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION). Please note that there is no need to send the unit back to us via express shipping. (You may use USPS First Class mail, no need to get an insurance and no need for signature upon delivery). Who keeps the box, packaging and manual for a $100 golf watch? Who has time for all of this run-around? I sure don't. I'm going back to reliable old Garmin and forgetting about TecTecTec.

Battery failed after just over 2 years. It would take a charge but then go completely dead. Pretty basic golf watch. Adequately displays distance to green center. With some button pushing, shows distance to various hazards on hole. No graphic of green or bunker shapes. Good price. Odd hook-up to recharge battery, but it worked. Most annoying feature: if you want to look at the current time while playing, the watch does not return smoothly to the golf round. There may be a way to do it, but I never found it. Often, I had to completely restart the round - find satellite, choose course, start round, move to current hole. I wouldn't buy it again.
