great taste
really good olive oil with a nice peppery taste. I like to put pepper all over in it anyway and then dip my bread in it. overall I mean olive oil is expensive. The better ones are even more expensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

I love the transparency of this company, and their backstory is charming. The olive oil tastes divine. It’s smooth, flavorful, not pungent, it is versatile and can be used with cooking or drizzled as a dressing over veggies or a salad. I utilized this olive oil to make a couscous salad and a caprese salad, it added so much subtle flavor. There is a depth of richness but not sickeningly so. I am a loyal customer, and you certainly get a lot of oil for a reasonable price given the good reputation of this company. Thank you for keeping it affordable!

Expired product
Received today and the bottled date is 2023. It’s 2026. The expiration date is 2027 but olive oil is good for about 18 months. Buyer beware since this is a non-refundable purchase.
