Rice Bran Oil is one of the HEALTHIEST oils you can use.
Rice bran oil is absolutely the BEST oil you have probably never heard of. They don’t sell it in regular grocery stores, but it is by far one of the healthiest oils available. I’ve been using it for over 11 years showing people how to make better than restaurant crispy chicken wings from home in an air fryer, oil fryer and turkey fryer. The resilience of rice bran oil is unmatched…you can literally re-use the same oil at LEAST 10+ times utilizing oil straining products and fryers. Healthy buy
You can reuse this oil for deep frying about 4 to 6 times or more without a bitter burnt taste. Works well deep frying and coated meat to not stick on the grill. Doesn't have a greasy texture or feel.

Love this stuff! Good for putting a crust on a steak at the end of cooking (after, say, a sous vide cook) without changing the flavor and the smoke point is very high.

The oil performs well for frying. The high smoke point makes it a great choice for high temp applications. I've since learned that the price is very high compared to other local sources. However, it arrived quickly and was as described.
