I’ve quit caffeine and feel much better. No anxiety, sleeplessness, hands shaking, just feel more at peace. So with that said I was looking for a pre workout that didn’t contain caffeine and I found this product.I haven’t had any side effects other than the initial tingly sensation on the skin feeling like pins and more than usual sweating but that went away after first use. Also there was this piece of shell fish or something stuck in my teeth! Yuck!Besides all that, you will feel this in 30 minutes or less ready to go.The blueberry tasted good but when you picture shell fish in this, it kind of kills the taste.Overall it does the job!

First day taking this and I took a full scoop. I got the orange flavor and for some reason it is spicy! Like chili spicy after 5 mins my face was on fire! Like I had fire ants crawling under my skin! Decided to drive to the gym and on my way there the feeling spread to my whole body. I felt like crying it was soo itchy and and it kinda hurt! I’ve never had such a reaction from a pre workout. It’s was horrible!!!! After I started my workout the feeling went away. My workout was good. I could tell a difference in focus and I felt really hot during the workout.I will try 1/4 scoop next time. If I get the same reaction I will return it.Gave it 5 stars but it deserves 2 I just need people who read reviews to read this before buying. I will be back to update this reviewUPDATE: I gave it away even after taking 1/4 scoop the reaction was intense and it made my face numb.

Great stuff.I've had both flavors, I much prefer the Orange. Kind of a Creamsicle flavor vs an orange juice, but not super strong.Works great, no jitters. Drastically increases my workload in the gym vs not using anything. Helps keep ya going through those last few reps, push past the pain and stay focused. I've noticed an increase in pump, and in stamina during grueling workouts. Also helps outside of the lifting sesh. I do a lot of analysis, and have noticed the increased concentration carries over to work after the gym.Tldr: good stuff, no jitters, tastes decent.

I’ve ordered this before without a problem but this time, upon opening the product was clumped together and looked old/moldy. Taste tested since I was out of my other pre workout and I had to spit it out. I’m hoping to get a refund or sent a new one.

Ive bought this about 5 times. It works pretty well as a preworkout. They have used a new dessicant card to keep moisture out, but it doesnt work at all. The powder was completely solidified so I had to chisel it and shake it violently. Then I put 2 dessicant packets from my old shoeboxes in there and they have kept the moisture out so far.

Very effective non-stim/caffeine-free pre-workout! I like how it gets me primed to do my evening workouts. I’ve tried blueberry lemonade first and it is 7/10, a little too sour. Now I’ve tried orange and this is my fave flavor, 9/10. The Caloriburn ingredient causes a mild spicy heat to linger at the end but I don’t mind.

This is the best working caffeine free pre I've used so I feel like it deserves 5 stars for that alone. The blueberry lemonade flavor is ok, I plan on trying orange soon and will update my review soon but uh.... the strawberry flavor is heinous, it tastes lightly of artificial strawberry flavoring mixed with cayenne... if you want a spicy flavored pre it would be great, however, for everyone else it's not a good flavor pairing.
