Often, these appliances work great in the first week but fail later—I’m happy to report this one is a workhorse! ​Performance After 6 Months: ​True "Instant" Heating: Even during peak winter, it takes less than 2 minutes to get the water steaming hot. For a quick wash or a single bucket, it’s perfect. ​Build Quality: The white plastic body still looks brand new. No yellowing from the heat and, most importantly, no rust or scaling issues despite the hard water in my area. ​Safety Features: The 4-level safety (capillary thermostat and thermal cut-off) gives me peace of mind. It shuts off reliably once the water is heated, so there’s no fear of overheating. ​Compact Design: It fits perfectly in my small bathroom without looking bulky. This gycer was faulty and water was not heating enough from the beginning and it stopped working after one year. When I reached out to crompton customer care they have sent a technician and he said since this gycer is under warranty, Amazon will replace new ones. But we refused to believe his story and asked them to repair or replace it. For that crompton customer manager said we have to pay for spare parts. Only service is free. When asked further they replied they don't have the gycer in Hyderabad and can't replace it. Since we bought from online it's our headache. After complaining many times, they will raise a ticket in the system and cancel it from crompton end and say I requested for cancellation. Very bad service. Go for Bajaj instead. They are genuine in customer services.

Good product. Fast heating is actually nice. Just one issue - it would have been great if the installation and pipe attachments was also included - the cost have increased since I have to arrange it myself.
