which hoops will be available for this machine besides the standard ones?

5.9" X 10.23" (260mm x 150mm) and 4" x 4" (100mm x 100mm / 3.93"). Singer says it's a 6" x 10 1/4" hoop, but the machine refuses to recognize files that are 6" wide. This is probably why they give you free software to alter files with.

How do I open the ps w after downloading?

Upon installation completion of the Singer PSW Intro software there should be a PSW (Professional Sew Ware)Intro icon on the desk top. To open the Singer PSW Intro software you will need to right click on the icon and then left click on Open. What software does this come with? Is there something like Autopunch or Editing?

The Singer model EM200 Superb includes a USB stick with 2800 design in xxx format. This model does NOT include digitizing software, but the can download a free transfer program - PSW INTRO from SingerMySewNet after you create a log in. With this software you must save in either XXX or DST before the machine can read the pattern from your generic USB stick.
