I bought this to use in an 8 qt Instant Pot, but I ended up using it in the oven for its first use. I greased the pan, put parchment paper in it and greased the paper. None of the cake batter leaked out but a small amount of grease leaked. It was easy to clean. It's nice and solid. The tall sides make it an ideal size

I purchased this cheesecake pan to make cheesecakes for holiday meals. I followed a 7inch pan cheesecake recipe. Both Thanksgiving and Christmas cheesecakes were a bit hit with family and guests. The pan is easy to work with, does not leak and fits perfectly in my 8qt Instantpot. It also cleans up well. I plan to use this pan again and again, this was a good purchase!

Cooked a delicious lasagna in the instant pot. Pan was as advertised and great quality.

I've used this springform pan a few times now. All my uses were in the Instant Pot. I've made cheese cake, a breakfast casserole. This pan works great. It releases everything well due to being non stick. What I like about it is a full 71/2 wide and deep. It cooks a fat cheese cake. It fits a 6 quart Instant Pot perfect. I haven't had it leak while in use. I did test it with water when it arrived. And some water did leak out. My other springform pans leak worse. Most do with liquid. Overall this pan is excellent to use in your Instant Pot or oven.

Haven't used it yet but the quality seems good.

For baking in your instant pot, great pan

I baked a cheesecake yesterday in my IP, way too yummy!!! ...but back to the Springform pan... always wrap foil underneath the pan and up the sides in any springform pan, no matter what brand. Cheesecake in the conventional oven is best cooked in a water bath, so you should always make it water tight with heavy duty foil. For the IP, same thing, rap the outsides and bottom outside of the springform pan good and tight or you will not like the moisture than seeps into the bottom of your precious Cheesecake. It you want the top less wet, I’d suggest you seal the top well with foil, too but a little loosely just in case the cheesecake rises. I didn’t wrap the top yesterday and my cheesecake was a bit creamier than I’d prefer, but still definitely a great cheesecake recipe from the Rootitoot cookbook Volume 1. I have three springform pans now, and this one is every bit as nice as the Pampered Chef one that doesn’t fit in my IP. This one being an Instant Pot pan doesn’t negate your warranty, either. Stick with IP accessories unless you want to void your warranty. This pan doesn’t leak. Don’t test it with water, as you won’t be baking water in the pan, and it’s not meant to hold water, it’s meant to hold CAKE. Please test it with a cheesecake, wrapping the outside the pan as I strongly suggested with foil. If it leaks the first time, the foil will catch the product. Then you call Amazon and tell them it leaks. OR you’ll be amazed that it function as a Springform pan is supposed to... with a tasty cheesecake. Update: I also bought the 7 inch fluted pan. Used it today for the first time. My cake exited like a dream, see pic. Excellent buy with Instant Pot pans. Please as punch.

Bella teglia, solido materiale. Acquistata per usarla nella mia Instant Pot. Difetto enorme (essendo anche accessorio originale): con impasti liquidi, l’impasto si inserisce nella fessura che serve per incastrare il fondo (amovibile) e la pulizia non è affatto agevole (usato 2 stuzzicadenti e getto di acqua forte, ma ci è voluto molto tempo ed insistenza). Limite molto importante a mio avviso.

I used this to make cheesecake in my Instant Pot. It worked perfectly, and the cheesecake was delicious. Very moist. That's all I have tried so far, but that is what I bought it for. I would recommend it for this purpose. And it wipes up easily with dish soap. I thought it was a bit expensive, but I cannot find it anywhere on store shelves, so I was happy to pay the price.

Haven’t used it a lot but when I have it’s been great. Easy to use and clean.

I love this, it's the perfect size for my instant pot and it's nice and high. It's got a good seal, no water seeped in. I purchased and returned a couple other pans that weren't as high and were made of cheap material. This one is worth the price.
