The usual prescription options for the bladder leakage I have that's common to older women, come with serious side effects and are expensive. The surgical options have an eventual 100% failure rate, according to my friends who have gone that route. Also tried the Kegel exercises for months, They don't help the thinning musculature that comes with aging. So, when I saw a positive comment about Go-Less in the letters column of a magazine at my local health food store (they didn't carry this product) I ordered a bottle online and followed the instructions on the back. It calls for a loading dose of 3 softgels twice a day for two weeks, then 2 softgels after that. I've used various types of supplements for years and assumed I'd have to take the product for a few months before experiencing any decrease in urgency or leakage. However, at the end of those first two weeks, I was delighted to experience NO cramping urgency and only occasional mild leakage. I've ordered three more bottles and am now on the four a day dose. A month from now I'll try dropping to two a day and see what happens. I wear a thin panty liner "just in case" , but I'm no longer frantically hurrying to the bathroom. I do still get up once or twice a night, but that's because I enjoy drinking herb tea in the evening and don't plan to quit. I also continue to drink a half a pot of 50/50 decaf/regular coffee every morning.Tried quitting that but it didn't help either. Also, I am not diabetic, just old. Two cautions: 1) don't buy pumpkin seed oil - that doesn't work for this problem, and 2) I take my once daily natural Armour thyroid in the morning and wait a couple of hours before starting the day's doses of Go-Less.This prodiuct contains a small amount of soy isoflavones and I've read that soy might interfere with the Armour thyroid. That said, Go-Less is amazing! I've recommended it to my friends and plan to tell my holistic M.D. about it at my next appointment.

Swanson go less is a wonderful help! I have Parkinson's disease and as a symptom I have issues with urgency and frequency. I was afraid to leave home because I was running to the bathroom every 20 mins... Now with go less I feel that I've got my Independence back. I still have the urgency and frequency issue in the mornings but by early afternoon I am able to reduce my bathroom trips drastically. I appreciate the lower cost of go less compared to Azo products. I'm definitely a customer for life now!

Hard to rate this; it works BUT that's only if you can get the damned thing down and not stuck in your throat. These things are huge. Will only go down if positioned exactly right, but once you get liquid in your mouth, the pill floats around. If it goes down sideways -and it will - you're screwed. Won't go up and won't go down. Flailing about with only the cats to help, I finally hit upon hot chocolate which finally melted the stuff enough that it finally inched down. I tried it full size (stuck) & finally cut in half (stuck even worse). If you usually have trouble swallowing pills, don't even try it. Don't give to old people (I mean REALLY old) or the sick. I really thought I was going to have to drive myself to ER. Not worth the panic. I'll just pee, thank you - at least I'll be alive...

I normally use Azo Go Less, but with it's increasing price and decreasing tablet amount, I needed to find something else. I decided to give Swanson's Go Less a try. After using it for a few weeks, I must say I am truly impressed! It works BETTER than the Azo brand! I can notice a difference in the length of time between "trips" (and as a teacher, this is extremely helpful not needing to leave the classroom as often), and there is a lessening of the feeling of pressure\urgency to go. I was sceptical when I first bought it, but now I will never go back to Azo again. The dosage for me is the same as I was taking Azo, but with Swanson's Go Less I get more dosages per bottle and it is lower cost. I can truly and highly recommend Swanson's Go Less to anyone who is looking for an alternative to Azo Go Less or is looking for help in needing help to hold their bladder a bit longer. These are very large capsules and are completely useless. I decided to try these after then AZO shot up so much in price. I used the entire bottle and can say that they do not work at all. I've nearly had to go to adult diapers using this product. Have just ordered two more bottles of AZO. Don't waste your money!

Very disappointed in this bottle, there were at least 3 broken jell capsules in this bottle, this makes all the jell capsules oily and messy. The product works great I have bought several bottles in the past but I think I will try another product because of the mess these capsules have made. What ever happened to quality control?

Taking this made me realize how much I have to get up in the night to use the bathroom normally, and how much better it feels to have a full nights sleep. It took about a week to really be noticeable, but it works. I wish a bottle could last longer. Update: This stuff really does make me have to pee less often, and it’s great. I recently realized just how effective this is when I took it during the day before a 4 hours long licensing exam that was really important for me to pass. I didn’t have to leave the computer once in those 4 hours and I credit this product.
